甲床剝離症

指甲殼與指甲肉分離在臨床上稱為「甲床剝離症」。
若是指甲殼的顏色沒有異常，最可能的原因應是長期穿鞋子過緊，或是外傷造成，若有相同困擾的患者，首先應重新檢視個人穿鞋習慣，避免患部持續遭壓迫，且暫時不要走太多路，一段時間後應可不藥而癒。
但若為甲床剝離，且合併指甲殼反白、發黃，則極可能是是俗稱的「灰指甲」黴菌感染，應盡早就醫，以免黴菌感染擴及其他腳趾甚至手指等部位。
至於手部指甲出現規則性裂痕，一般類似症狀多是溼疹，即俗稱「富貴手」的前兆，食指率先「發難」，可能是因為接觸清潔劑及碰水的機率最高的緣故。
建議做家事前最好戴手套，或使用油一點、有防水效果的手部乳液來預防保養。
