一、熱療：人體若把體溫提升到45℃，則自然會產生許多免疫系統。
例如高血壓可用45℃熱水浸泡腳底，大約20分鐘，其效果比服用血管擴張劑猶佳。例如身體會酸痛、痛風或風濕，也可用45℃水，加入浴缸八分滿再加三瓶米酒後，全身浸泡約20分鐘，連續7天的酒澡方式來治療，可加速全身血液循環，達到治療效果。
二、氣療：是以氣的調息方式來促進體內各種循環系統的機能順暢的一種療法， 例如氣功、吐納大法等。練習吐納要訣需以鼻子呼、吸氣，且練習氣運送丹田，閉氣時間加長。
三、磁療：酸痛部位電位差較低，以低週波磁石放置該處，可平衡電位差而治療酸痛。
四、針灸：是以人身穴道治療，對於患部作用相當神奇，目前針炙在麻醉方面已受到國際肯定，其它對於神經性酸痛及一般慢性病之治療均有相當大之療效，可謂之集物理療法之大全。
五、外丹功：是一種使自律神經變為自主神經的一種療法，其作用主要發生在 心、肺部份，可使正常震動由2-3次/秒增速到5-6次/秒，甚而到10-12次/秒，因而對一般的慢性腫瘤及酸痛有相當之療效，其作用可軟化筋絡、疏暢循環，唯不宜練的太上乘，恐及身體由於帶電量太強而致老化。
六、電療：以電擊方式刺激主神經，帶動至末稍神經而作用於患部的一種治療，主要治主要治療神經酸痛或筋絡不整致成酸痛症。
