晚餐飯前吃水果

用晚餐時，較適當的進食順序如下—-
1.先吃水果，若從冰箱拿出來會先回溫。
2.吃完40分鐘後，喝一小碗清湯。
3.喝完湯開始吃飯。
4.先吃肉，再吃菜，把澱粉留在最後吃。
5.飯後1小時提供甜點，可吃可不吃。
6.孩子吃八分飽，成人吃七分飽。
這麼做的理由如下—-
水果含有果糖，若放在飯後吃，被阻擋在食物之後，等於延長在腸道滯留的時間，徒增發酵、產生毒素的機會，所以先吃水果，並給腸胃一點時間進行消化和吸收。如果水果是從冰箱取出，得先回復常溫再吃，以免過度刺激腸胃。
吃完水果聊聊天，40分鐘後正式開飯，第一道是湯品。湯品不喝勾芡的濃湯，最好是一小碗清湯。這碗飯前清湯，是為幫大家暖胃並潤澤消化道，至於只有一小碗，則為了避免胃液被稀釋。
至於，飯後喝湯的習慣，會把胃液沖淡，使消化效率降低。
