大宅的生活美學

「美」，無不自在。
「美」本來就存在我們的生活中，到處都有美的映像，見與不見皆自在。
只是您每天過著忙碌且緊繃的生活，
是否曾經停下來用心去關注每天必經道路旁的小樹？
是否曾經停下來用心去聆聽大地萬物混沌的聲音？
是否曾經放慢腳步去觀察生活中那已經習慣的一切？
一、《天地有大美》
美學大師蔣勳認為：「美之於自己，就像是一種信仰一樣，而我用佈道的心情傳播對美的感動。」他樂於和大家一起分享自己的生活價值觀。
《天地有大美》是蔣勳首部生活美學力作，鼓勵大眾從生活細微面出發，將美拉近到食、衣、住、行的層次，而能過一個有質感、有品味的生活。
《天地有大美》這本書，從莊子「天地有大美而不言」觀點出發，蔣勳公開分享屬於他生活美學的體驗與心得，讓大眾明瞭—–美感訓練並不難，美感生活並不貴、不遠。
在「食」的部分，蔣勳提到：「最初人們認識『美」是從『吃』開始。」
因為，「吃」是我們的生理需求，又是這樣簡單的一件事，而「美」總是從簡單中被挖掘出來的，當然最初的「美」就發源自「吃」了。
而且若是在進食時能夠不趕時間，在口中慢慢品嚐食物的滋味，哪怕是簡單的三明治也有無限的美感在裡面。
此也正如奧地利心理學家—佛洛伊德的觀念，嬰兒在出生後0到12個月時，看到什麼都往嘴裡放，藉著口腔吸吮、咀嚼來獲得滿足。意近「吃」昰人們認識美的開始。
書中，作者聊到食之美，將許多自己生活上的經驗，像他自己喜歡做的料理義大利海鮮濃湯，雖然看是簡單的步驟，但是從食材裡面會發現，各種不同味道的東西，經過小火慢熬，會得到好喝的濃湯，作者也提到就像現在新竹的城隍廟附近所賣的小吃，講求手工等等，讓作者認為從吃可以看出許多的品質，和一個人做事情的態度，而生活美學其實是呼喚我們對於人最基本的一個尊重就像是把自己的本份做好。
蔣勳又說：「朋友感到疲累或心情不好時，讓他坐在你的窗口，泡一杯茶給他，藉著茶的香味和溫度，他便可以感受到這杯茶裡包含著關心。」也就是味覺有時能夠代替任何言語，而且是比言語更加深刻的感動，何嘗不是另一種美呢？另一種幸福的感受。
在「衣」的部分，蔣勳則說：「好的一件衣服真像一個愛人，可以穿好幾年不丟棄，且讓你的皮膚上有種非常好的質感。」
是的，衣服穿在人身上，與人們密切如家人、朋友、情人。真正喜歡的一件衣服更是很自然地感情深厚，因為喜歡，所以珍惜，穿了好幾年，共度的那些歲月，許多記憶都留存在衣服裡……種種溫暖，甚至捨不得用洗衣機洗而是親手將它搓洗乾淨，搓洗心愛衣物的過程也有美感，是可以細細體會的。
相對來說，新的衣服或任何物品就沒有那麼重的情感了，因為沒有經過時間也就沒有保存記憶、沒有多些情感在裡面？
其實，好的事物無論經過再久的時間沖刷，都可以被保存下來，我非常認同這樣的看法。
在「住」的部分，蔣勳提出一個我從未思考過的觀點：「房子並不等於家，房子是一個硬體，必須有人去關心、去經營、去佈置過，這才叫做家。」並延伸出以下：「有些人只有房子，並沒有家。」
您是否也思考過這個問題：到底，您住的地方是「房子」還是「家」？
有的人不喜歡自己的住所，結束一天在外的活動卻不想回家，與朋友相約的地點不會是自己的住處，或許是少了家人的互動，因此無心打理這個地方，沒有情感，像這樣的人有的並不是家，只是房子。住在裡面的人不會快樂。
但生活美學就是要從生活中活出精彩的片段，各片段組合起來才會是快樂的人生，進而深刻體悟到生命的美好和意義。若要快樂，怎能隨便看待自己的房子呢？嘗試把「房子」變成「家」吧。
家並不需要大，但要有家人間的交流，共同佈置、維持環境整潔，才能成「家」。因為房子是因有人住，有人情，才會溫暖，才能成家，才有存在的價值。房子存在的意義不只是物質上而已，精神上才是它最大意義所在。
在「行」的部分，蔣勳是提出：「我們為什麼要一直趕路？」
蔣勳說：「在宋代繪畫中，凡是畫亭子的地方，一定是景觀最好的地方，絕對不會隨便添加上去。因為這個亭子代表說：你人生到了最美的地方，應該停一停，如果不停下來就看不到美。」亭子絕對是畫中簡單的幾筆，常被忽略而沒有發現；但人經常是經歷陡坡後想在亭中休息，這表示「美」是打從人們心裡們最渴望的需要，「美」讓我們回到了最本質的自己。
放慢腳步，看看風景而非快速通行，是種新的美學觀點。特別是旅行，難得到別的城市卻仍在趕路，然後回到家裡就會想：「我真的去過這個城市了嗎？」正是因為腳步走得太匆忙，沒有感受到不同城市的氛圍，印象不深刻。這樣的旅行，就失去意義了。
蔣勳希望在忙亂步調下的現代人，可從本書中習得如何放緩生活步調、舒緩生活壓力，從最平易的生活面來伸展感知的觸角，尋得心靈釋放和寧靜。
二、「生活美學」是一種生活方式的選擇。
每個人對「美學」的定義都不盡相同。
「美學」，可透過「美學」教育的薰陶，培養我們感受到更深層的美感的能力，甚至創作能力。
若從阿奎納斯對美的看法到蘭格符號論，很多學者將我們所感受到的「美」，統整成各種形式來解釋我們所感受到的「美」，如完整、和諧、漸層、對稱、比例、統一…等，這些都是屬「美」的形式陶養，偏向於美感教育養成。
例如，「和諧」的概念，既合實際，又得人心。「和諧」，就是贊成和而不同，相反相濟，陰陽互生…等等。
例如，從阿奎納斯的論說，我們可在空蕩蕩的房子裡，透過一些傢俱、一個花瓶、一幅畫的借景擺設，來呈現對稱、和諧、統一……的形式，並讓家居生活添增生活的品味和想像力。此就如維納斯，那不存在的雙手，可供世人想像，是拿著花、還是拉著裙襬呢？
又如，美與丑的對應關係，也可以使人通過認識其中一面來促進認識另一面。所以美學不單是研究美，也應研究丑。而藝術是既可以表現美，也可表現丑。所以，很多哲學家、美學家以為美學的研究對象就是藝術。這就大錯特錯，其實，藝術只是美學研究的對象之一。
其次，「美學」除了去參觀畫廊、聽音樂會、看藝術表演以外，「美」最終還是要回到生活的方方面面，融入生活、融入生命，美化人生。
其實，美學教育與生活美學是相輔相成的。尤其，「生活美學」是可以透過生活體驗來學習，是一種生活方式的選擇，也是個人對生活品味的展現，兼具理性與感性之美。「生活美學」如同黑暗世界通往光明世界的那扇門，開啓它，您的人生將是彩色的。
例如，關於「美」食的定義，您可以有很多的選擇。
而「生活美學」是透過生活方式的體驗與選擇，讓您可以學習放慢自己的生活步調，慢慢的品嚐，讓食物裡面的酸、甜、苦、辣溫潤著您的視覺、味覺、嗅覺，如同人的一生也都會遇到酸、甜、苦、辣，所以我們能從品嘗美食的同時，也感受到人生的喜怒哀樂，並回味到很多想法和醍糊記憶!
此時，在生活中我們看似簡單的「吃」，不只是為了讓自己可以「吃飽」，更是透過品嘗美食的同時，回味人生，並珍惜把握和家人、朋友共度吃飯的時光，且昇華美好的情感交流。因為，美學最重要的是分享美感，蘊涵一種深厚的感情交流在其中。
例如，關於「住」食的定義，您可以有很多的選擇。
而「生活美學」也是透過生活方式的體驗與選擇，啓發您房子不再只是一個硬體，必須有人去佈置、去經營、去關心過，這才叫做家。因為，房子並不等於家，没有付出深厚的感情在其中，有些人只擁有房子，並沒有擁有家。
又如，陶淵明採菊東籬下的「淡泊名利，忘情山水」情懷，也是一種審美的境界，使人的靈魂永遠放出美麗的光芒。
美學的形式在於秩序，在於規律，在於和諧，在於張力的發現與欣賞。
如果美學教育不足，在生活環境中自然容易忽略太多具有美感的事物。
而生活美學的內涵在於創意，在於啟發，在於包容和感情交流的顯現。
但形式與內容是可以兼容並蓄的。因為藝術家創作能力絕非一朝一夕可養成，而美學品味卻可從生活中學習欣賞開始。只要先學會欣賞能力，就能培育對美學的喜愛，進而產生共鳴，並體驗生命的美感創作過程。
而審美關鍵並不在於是不是美術系或學藝術出身，而是在您欣賞一件唯美事物之時，是否會投入您的人生經歷與之產生共鳴，並更提昇您的人生體驗與美感。
所以，大家可在自己的生活方式中，選擇可以欣賞的美好事物，並多加思考美感形成的元素、原因，也許是對稱的造形、整齊的排列、不突兀的配色，或是萬綠叢中一點紅的醒目效果…等等。
除了賞析，也要進一步落實在自己的生活方式中，也許是傢具的擺放、服裝的搭配、商品的陳列，或是店家招牌與街景環境的和諧程度…….等等。如此一來，美學教育便會形成生活美學，讓工作、生活環境產生更多美感的事物與景象。
總之，生活美學是一種提昇生活美感的生活方式選擇，人藉著享受生活品質同時，也提昇了生命的意義。因此，美學必須彰顯個人的品味和風格，在食衣住行育樂中，處處去展現我們的美學素養。不用深奧的哲學理論，只要我們隨時用心去感受，美學自然存在生活之中。
在此值得一提的是，生活美學是屬於主觀思想，每個人可以有不同的生活方式的選擇、可以有不同的生活美學信仰，不必強求他人同好。
雖然每個人「生活美學」選擇的內容和生活品味展現的方式不同，但都是出自自身的一種生活體驗學習與價值回憶，而價值的高低和社經地位並不成正比，完全取決於個人的感受力和經驗。所以，每個人都要尊重彼此的美學感受與生活方式選擇。
每個人在提升自己的美學素養之外，也要懂的與他人分享，人與人之間的經驗流動，是親身經歷之外最好的學習方式。
美感是可以共享的。甚至分享後，美感的擁有者不僅不會減少了美感，反而增加了美感。美感會在分享中會被放大、增多，變得更為完美，更長久地存在。
三、生活美學藉探索個人特質，來彰顯自我的生命意義。
「美學」並不是高不可攀的，每個人都能按照個人審美的品味，應用到生活、工作和奮鬥目標中。其實，認識自己，從而找到「個人特質」和「彰顯自我」，即是找到屬於您的生活美學。亦即，當您在探索生活美學的同時，也是在塑造一種屬於您的個人「特質」，從而彰顯「自我」，並活出您的生命意義。
每個人都擁有自己獨特的特質，用這特質去培養屬於自己的美學素養，將讓您可以大膽、自信說出自己對人生的獨特看法。
例如當您看到一件喜歡的作品、這作品又正好觸動自己心靈深處的情感時，就會不禁發出這種讚嘆。此時，它所彰顯著強烈的特質，這種特質正是專屬於你的。
諸如此類還有「這東西我特別、好適合我！」、「這東西我好喜歡！」…等。這裡彰顯的是你的個性、你所作的選擇、你的一切一切…，就是您的美好人生。
每個人的特質，往往展現在每個人說話的語氣、舉手頭足、穿著打扮、甚至是任何屬於自己的物件上。有自我品味的人，在採買東西時，除了注重它的功能性外，還會注重它的外型適不適合自己品味？能不能展現自我特質？符不符合自己笑看人生的風格？
我們很幸福，生活在這個世代，每個人都有自由去挑選自己喜歡的東西、塑造自己的生活美學、找到屬於自己的生活態度。這種選擇不必強求，而是輕輕鬆鬆、簡簡單單。
例如，您可以試著自己作蛋糕、自己修理東西、試著去完成拼圖、試著動動腦去解開報紙上的數獨，試著學習參與每一件事的創作經過，而不要去太在意結果，享受過程就是一種美好人生。
四、大道至簡，「美學」可以是很簡單的、很「生活化」的。
生活美學主是要以「生活」為中心，乃追求非物質性上的生活美感，是一種精神價值的滿足，而美感的體驗與提升並非透過高價物質、高端消費的方式，而是透過人經驗的學習，從視覺、聽覺、觸覺、味覺、嗅覺等感受層面去體驗，是一種不斷學習積累的進程，亦即「生活美學化、美學生活化」。
「生活美學」也可以說，就是一種追求有質感、有品味的生活方式的一種「幸福生活」的美學。只要您力行將美感落實在生活方式當中，例如在生活中時常自己動手下廚、和家人一起享受美食、分享家事勞動、改變家具的擺設、放鬆心情的聽音樂、泡澡、騎著腳踏車去郊外尋幽……等，這些都是享受生活美感的方式，也是對生活美學的一種實踐。用心享受生活裡的每一個小細節，每一個多采多姿的部分。
「生活美學」原本就可以不那麼複雜的，從最根本出發，可以吃得很簡單、穿得很簡單、住的很簡單、行得很簡單、學習得很簡單、娛樂得很簡單，用純真的視野看世界，有時候仔細感受就能發現生活無處不是美。同時也因為從簡單中感覺到美好，我們更懂得知足惜福。
簡單的食之美：
中國人自古說品味，都是從「飲食」開始。經常收看日本美食節目的觀眾就知道：日本人強調食材本身新鮮度的發揮，並不需要做太多的調味和製造，而是在生產過程中仔細的呵護照顧，讓它們充分吸收日月精華提煉成的驕傲。
但現在社會西式「速食」正逐漸吞噬食之美學，通常最愛吃「速食」的國家也是最肥胖的國家，高達三分之一的美國人和五分之一的英國人被診斷為過度肥胖，絕非巧合。所以，慢食運動的覺醒，學習體驗食物的原味，享受細細品嚐箇中滋味，才能體會酸甜苦辣的人生。
簡單的衣之美：
設計師蔣友柏曾說：「沒有任何人能告訴你該如何提昇品味，不是穿戴名牌就有品味，要多思考、多學、多談。」每一塊布料都有一個微笑，希望穿著它的那個人是哼著歌的，而不是瘦骨嶙峋的模特兒炫耀的那層皮。
簡單的回歸到每個人的特質來穿搭，才是讓衣服來配合您、彰顯您，而不是您來奉承所謂的時尚。
簡單的住之美：
「建築是所有藝術中佔第一位的表演形式，因為有了好的建築，就可以有美好的事物在這個建築裡產生，像是美術、音樂、舞蹈….等等。」
蔣勳曾說，我們增加了房屋外的層層鐵窗，禁錮我們的思考與阻礙我們的夢想，這已經不是家，只是一間房子，沒有任何的情感，也沒有人願意回家了。
從「愛」出發來經營一個家，想想母親每天燉煮菜餚等待我們回家的醍糊味道，這是永恆的美味與記憶的感動，回到這樣的初衷，從自己的家開始經營，精心的布置過、打理過，房子因而變得溫暖而有風格，家中空氣中也時時瀰漫著春意。
簡單的行之美：
放慢步調，與最近所盛行的「LOHAS」（樂活）不謀而合，從心出發達到美感的境界，是全世界主張的新生活趨勢。
單車的盛行是因為速度放慢，更能感受這個城市的美麗。遊走在自行車步道上，清楚的感受到身體逐漸散熱、呼吸心跳的加速和血液在大腿內側奔騰的脈動，一步一步的體驗到生命單純而樸實的美感。輪子滾動著、速度緩慢的吸著粗糙的地面，藉由小腿的踩動，慢慢的傳達到知覺的清醒，跟對這周圍環境譜成的感動。
五、學習「慢活」，是建立生活美學的第一步。
現代人在競爭壓力下，總不停地追求速度與效率。我們總忘了「忙」是「心亡」的結果，致使自己一生就像是電影快轉，心靈永遠找不到平靜的歸宿。
您是否如此想過，除了平日趕時間工作非不得已的情況下，回家時，是否可以慢慢的走，欣賞沿路風景？即時沿路都是建築物，人車絡繹不絕，但下一個轉角，是否會冒出一個咖啡吧、一個亭子、一個驚奇呢？
這就是人生風景，不見得要多雄偉、多壯麗，簡單的花草皆可靜觀，細看著它們堅強的生命力，總帶給我們希望的力量。
總歸來說，「萬物靜觀皆自得」，緩步前行，多些時間去觀賞萬物，腳邊的小小存在，也隱藏著莫大的生活情趣。
您是否也曾如此想過，在假日一個慵懶陽光的午後，在房間泡一壺茶、讀一本書、聽一曲歌，找一席沈澱的感覺……。
我們在衝刺事業與前途之時，永遠別忘記偶爾要懂得煞車，學習在進與退間得到一個平衡，學習在工作與生活中找到更高的人生理想和目標，學習懂得欣賞生命、珍惜生命，人生才會過得充實、不留遺憾。我相信懂得享受生命的人，會從內心散發出美麗，不是嗎？
六、懂得「分享」，是生活美學的終點、也是起點。
偉大的藝術家，通過藝術創作「分享」，得以將其短暫的生命，以創作的力量化為能量符號，以藝術品的方式來留下了他自身的生命特質，也照耀我們的生活。所以，凡人雖然不能保留住生命的軀殼，生命卻可以留在藝術品中，得到無限的延長，這是很完美的境界。
藝術是一種表現，藝術、藝術品背後卻存在著創作人的本質力量，此本質力量是正美的存在基礎、源頭。例如歷史上，很多中國偉大的畫家在繪畫時，都是在修心養命。繪畫的過程是創作者身心在經歷著清洗。即使外面風高浪急，身心內卻和諧相生。此種繪畫內練、內洗的方法、美感，也影響到他的大批粉絲，形成一種生活哲學，如蘇東坡的無處不自在，當然，「美」也無不自在，到處都有美的映像，見與不見皆自在。
但藝術家創作能力絕非一朝一夕可養成，但美學品味卻可從日常生活中學習欣賞開始。只要先學會欣賞能力，就能培育對美學的喜愛，進而產生共鳴，並提昇您的人生體驗與美感。
所以，大宅提倡所的「生活美學」，是希望透過「分享」健康、品味、浪漫、溫馨的生活方式，並鼓勵大家選擇自己欣賞的美好事物多學習賞析，並進一步落實在自己的生活方式中，也許假日下個廚房、平日服裝改變搭配、改變傢具的擺放，或是聽個演講…….等等，讓您的工作、生活環境產生更多美感的事物與景象。總之，生活美學是一種提昇生活美感的生活方式選擇，大宅期盼您藉著享受生活品質同時，也提昇了生命的意義。
另外，值得一提的，回顧人類文明發展迄今，以「以人為中心」、「人定勝天」的價值觀，正在對地球自然生態的造成無法回復的破壞，地球暖化、海洋垃圾，造成物種的大量滅絕。事實上，我們愛惜生命，不只要愛惜自己，更要保護環境，為下一世代的生存權利來思考，這正是古人「天人合一」的理念。
如同儒家提倡「仁」的理念，以「仁」作為美的一種追求，即由個人的仁，發展至對人類的博愛。而「仁」作為美，是一種心靈美。仁的實質內容就是：人要站在人道主義的立場上，維護每個人，以至「人類」的根本利益，並要求每個人有自願犧牲「小我」來成全「大我」的精神，從惻隱之心開始，到每個人都享有平等的權利和尊嚴，並有「犧牲」的覺悟和人格。所以，一個能體現「仁心」的人，定能啓發人性的美感。凡一生誠心行仁者，從內到外都散發出偉大的人格魅力，必集真、善、美於一身。
只有理解到此「天人共存共榮」的真諦，人類才能將對物質的貪婪，轉化成對真理的追求，才能以崇高理想代替對物慾的奢求，此時的人，其實已進入質的飛躍昇華！而一般人只有經過重重修煉，才能達到這種「分享」感覺，才能有那樣大的氣場，才有條件去領受到那種美！
如同《天地有大美》，即是蔣勳首部生活美學力作，即鼓勵大眾從生活細微面出發，一步一步將美拉近到食、衣、住、行的層次，反璞歸真地走回簡單而用心的生活方式，如此，一樣能過一個有質感、有品味的生活。
而今天大宅提倡的「生活美學」，更是鼓勵大家朝向古人的「天人合一」的這個目標前進，因為，唯有「天人合一」，才是人類追求完美的最高境界。尤其，大宅要提醒每一位朋友，在生命的每一刻，都應隨時保持著謙卑、敬畏的人生態度去看待世界，讓生活回歸簡單，並用一顆熱情開放的心去與人交流「分享」，在生活中去發現、去發掘美的存在、去感受、去分享美好的事物。
只有透過「生活美學化、美學生活化」的實踐，才能讓您的身心靈得所安頓，並推己及人，去創造、去分享一個「人文」濃郁的美好社會。在這種意義上，美感與功德是可以貫通並互為觀照。這就尋找到一條求真、行善、完美結合的途徑，即順天地而得天地有大美。
