黑眼圈的護理偏方

黑眼圈也算是一種文明病。因為引起黑眼圈的大部份原因，像是過敏性鼻炎、異位性皮膚炎、用眼過度、熬夜……等等，都與工業化社會(或者應該說電腦化社會)脫不了關係。
最近有一個朋友因為黑眼圈太重，被警察懷疑吸毒而叫他下車，檢查後車廂，讓他覺得傻眼外，也不得不正視他黑眼圈的問題。
一、黑眼圈的分類、成因、治療
以下，簡單整理黑眼圈的分類、成因、治療方式。
1、血管型黑眼圈
這是東方女性最常見的黑眼圈成因，和過敏性鼻炎、睡眠不足、壓力、用眼過度…等等有關。
治療可以用染料雷射或脈衝光，後者效果較差。不可用化學換膚，否則有可能會惡化此型的黑眼圈。
2、色素型黑眼圈
這和體質、遺傳因素有關，深色膚質的人較有機會；也有可能次發於異位性皮膚炎或是接觸性皮膚炎之後的色素沉澱。
治療可以擦具有美白效果的眼霜、或者用脈衝光、釹雅鉻雷射、紅寶石雷射治療，只是成效都較為緩慢。
3、結構型黑眼圈
這是皮膚老化造成摺皺、脂肪萎縮成凹陷(也就是淚溝)、或是眼下脂肪脫垂造成眼袋，都會在光照時產生陰影，視覺上也會加深黑眼圈。這類的要針對問題，作飛梭、換膚、玻尿酸填補(淚溝)、或是抽脂(眼袋)。
4、混合型黑眼圈
即同時具有以上不只一種原因時。
二、黑眼圈的治療偏方
以下，簡單整理一些黑眼圈的治療偏方。
1、青蘋果眼膜：
在時間急迫時，如距赴約的時間已迫在眉睫，不打算或來不及化妝的話，可以用兩片青蘋果，將其放在眼部15分鐘左右，黑眼圈便會短暫消退。
評論：
首先要說，任何可以短暫增加角質層含水量的方法，都可以「暫時」讓黑眼圈看起來變淡，所以不管你用的是蘋果、芭樂、水梨、檸檬，反正有水份的可能都「暫時」有效。
但是如果把論調轉換成是因為「果酸」的作用來「去角質」而淡化「色素型黑眼圈」的話，那麼
(1)至少製劑不可以是固體狀的青蘋果，而必須是磨成泥狀的，
(2)對「色素型」「摺皺型」有效，對其他型無效。
2、眼部按摩：
晚上洗澡後，只需用一分鐘時間以中指或無名指按摩雙眼，由眉心開始輕輕往外按壓繞成圓圈，重複做4-6次，既可舒緩眼部疲勞，也可以緩解「熊貓眼」。
評論：
既然血管型黑眼圈的產生與血液回流不順、局部淤血有關，那適度的按摩確實可能緩解。但按摩力道不可以過大，否則因為摩擦、外力，反而可能惡化色素型的黑眼圈。
3、勤擦眼霜：
只要去市面上買有美白療效的眼霜塗在眼睛周圍，早晚各擦一次就可以淡化黑眼圈。
評論：
對有「色素型黑眼圈」的成份在內的才比較有效。
4、多補充維他命C、E：
多補充維他命C、維他命E，可以促進色素代謝，讓黑眼圈變淡。
評論：
維他命C是抗氧化+美白的成份，對色素代謝的幫助已經有許多文獻証實。但同樣的，對色素型的效果可能比較好。
5、敷冰湯匙：
把兩隻湯匙放在冰箱冷凍庫冰凍後，隔一段時間再拿出來敷在眼睛上，可以促進血液循環，淡化黑眼圈。
評論：
「冷」是讓表面微血管收縮，「看起來」「暫時」黑眼圈有改善，但「溫熱」的敷法才是讓淤血「疏通」的根本之道。所以，可以「冷熱交替」或「單用溫敷」，但是只用冷敷是比較沒有道理的。
6、敷茶包：
將泡過的紅茶包曬乾，然後用涼水浸濕潔淨，分別敷於黑眼圈部份，大約敷5分鐘左右，黑眼圈就可得以紓緩。
評論：
「水份」讓黑眼圈暫時變淡的效果我們剛才討論過。但使用「茶包」作為媒介是不好的作法，因為有可能會惡化色素沉澱的問題。
再者，強調利用「茶」所含的一些活性成份，像是咖啡因、兒茶素等等來「活血去淤」，也不切實際，因為濃度實在太低了，不可能發揮效果。
7、多吃雞蛋：
雞蛋中富含優質蛋白質，而蛋白質又能促進細胞再生，因此經常食用雞蛋，增加蛋白質的攝入，對於緩解黑眼圈的形成是有一定功效的。
評論：
不能推論「對身體或對皮膚有益」的食物，就「對黑眼圈有幫助」，這樣太多的食物都上榜了。
以上偏方並不是有實驗結果証實的。所以，只能提供大家作個參考。
