面試答題的技巧與應注意之事項如下：
1、面試要穿著的服裝，以清爽、乾淨、符合自己身份、年齡的裝扮為第一考量。
2、面試回答問題時，態度要從容不迫，口齒要清晰，回答需切中要點；注意回答速度不宜太快或太慢，音量保持適中，並隨時保持愉快的笑容。
3、面試官相當重視應試者的臨場反應，建議應試者在無法回答問題時，仍應沈穩旁敲側擊，就本身所知相關性的解答回覆，勿讓面試官認為你完全不懂或答非所問。
4、回答的內容要環繞在你所熟悉的事項，讓面試官對準你所專長的部分發問，千萬不要賣弄自己不熟悉的事情。
5、面試問題真的完全不會回答時，可向面試官表示不知道，千萬不要不懂裝懂，以免面試官一直追問，使你不知所措。
假如真的碰上意想不到的問題，也不要太過緊張，直覺會帶你度過難關。直覺是自己經驗累積出來的，其實多年的學習過程都已經默默堆積在您腦海中的某處，甚至已經化成你的直覺反應了。
6、面試官大多和善，所以不必過於緊張，不管會不會回答面試官的問題，都要表現出自己的誠意、謙虛、企圖心。
7、從頭到尾都要專心，最忌心不在焉或反應遲鈍。
8、切勿遲到，也絕對不要匆匆趕到，氣喘如牛，一定會給面試官負面印象，因此，最好提早30分鐘至60分鐘到場，熟悉環境。
9、還有，最最最重要的，就是認同自己。
如果自己都不認同自己的能力，那就很難成功。尤其面試官會不停地朝你丟出質疑你的問題，在那種高壓的狀態下，如果你對自己有一絲懷疑，當下你就會詞窮，這時就慘了！
所以，在口試之前，確認自己的想法跟內心的感覺。
