面試時不能說的話

想搞砸面試並不太難。遲到、穿著不得體、接聽手機都可以毀掉面試，說錯話也能達到同樣的效果。
許多面試官說，有些應聘者一開始看起來很理想，但當他們愚蠢地回答一些常見的面試問題後，就會被刷下來。
下面是對一些面試常見問題的不理想回答，如果你這樣做了，面試一定會被搞砸，你將被直接淘汰出局。
問題一：請你簡單自我介紹一下吧。
通常面試官只想從你那裡得到他們想知道一些你職業經歷的背景。
如果你膽敢把回答追溯到自己遙遠的童年、中學的經歷或是和父母不愉快的關係﹐你鐵定玩完。切記，這往往是擺在你面前的頭一道問題。
你可以直接請問面試官想讓你從哪裡說起。”是想知道你完整的職業背景、還是只想瞭解一些工作近況？”如此，可以給自己一個正確的時間掌握。
問題二：你上個工作離職原因？
首先，如果你的自身條件滿足面試職位的各項要求，那就把重點著重解釋你為什麼想來這家新公司（ex希望加入新公司讓能力得到充分發揮），不要說自己只是想尋求些變化，也千萬不要說目前雇主的壞話，不要讓自己顯得是個滿腹怨言的人。
還有什麼不能說？有——你離開現公司是因為地理位置、薪酬或福利方面的原因。
問題三：你最大的強項和弱項是什麼？
談及強項時，不要滔滔不絕地給自己臉上貼金。最好能告訴面試官，你跟其他應聘者相比有什麼特別之處？
而最糟糕的回答方式是說“我沒有弱點這樣的話。”
還有一種容易釀成大禍的回答：承認自己的弱項﹐卻不解釋如何克服。承認自己有缺點﹐這一點非常重要﹐但一定要說明你是如何處理的。
問題四：你以前的同事如何評價你？
應聘者應該避免做出諸如“他們認為我是唯一能做對事情的人”或“他們覺得我是下班後的好玩伴”之類的回答。
也要考慮到不同級別的同事是如何評價你的。比如你的下屬，你可以說他們認為你為人公正，總是希望把有用的知識和經驗的機會向下傳遞，從而幫助下屬成長。
問題五：你的短期目標是什麼？
首先，不要把“短期”的含義搞混，否則會答非所問。或許你是把“短期”理解為未來半年內，而面試官想的是未來一年半到兩年，所以搞清楚這個時間框架很重要。
而且，永遠不要暗示你在不久的將來會考慮自己創業、上學深造或打算坐上面試官現在的位置。
問題六：有哪類特定的事情或人你不喜歡？
可誠實地說出自己通常不喜歡跟哪些人或事打交道——比如過於健談的人，或者是需要無休止輸入資料的工作——只要你應聘的職位不具備這些特點就行。
此外，建議求職者在回答中，儘量避免表達對曾共事過人物的不滿。
問題七：你還有什麼問題嗎？
如果不知道該問什麼，就說明你對這份工作沒有太多思考，或是不感興趣。為避免臨時抓瞎，最好提前準備幾個能顯示出你對招聘企業和職位感興趣的問題。
建議應聘者應問一些有助於“讓面試官看到你具有符合公司要求的技能、經驗和成績的問題。”
但並非提出任何一個問題都是合適的。避免問的問題包括工作薪酬、公司具體業務、能否在家辦公、有多少假期…等等。
