一位醫生，在一次癌症手術中，開刀後發現已末期了，只好再縫上。
當醫生和病人解釋情況，那病人是農村來的，聽不懂醫學術語，但病人堅持認為手術過了，病就會好了。
醫生只好讓其出院，並告之一年後回診。
沒想到，一年後回診時，癌細胞真消失了。
此醫學博士轉念，後來去讀心理學博士去了。
