兩點之間最短的距離並不一定是直線

婉轉是一種藝術。
特別是在人際互動及團隊合作的過程中，我們很難直截了當就把事情做好。我們有時需要等待，有時需要合作，有時需要技巧。
也許飛機能夠在兩點之間直飛，但即使飛機飛行，如果前面有個大亂流，也通常只能繞過那個大亂流飛行。
我們做事情也常會碰到很多「大氣流」，有時候我們並不一定要硬挺、硬衝，我們可以選擇「繞過去」，也許這樣做事情更加順利。
上海皇帝杜月笙曾說，人生有三碗「面」難吃，一是場面，二是錢面，三是人情面，其中，最難吃的正是人情面。
偏偏這碗難吃又難捧的「面」，在學校往往沒人會教，出了社會又沒人敢教，於是，我們得憑本能，不斷在人情困境中，學會做人的能力。
很多剛進職場的年輕人，仗著聰明才智，總覺得「實力決定一切」，做人不重要。對於不如自己的人，不是當面嗤之以鼻，就是在背後抱怨，而無法融入團隊，成為孤狼。
一般而言，年輕人容易陷入「做事」比「做人」重要的思考，因為做事的目標明確，短期即可見真章，投入與回饋十分直接。
反之，做人得面對「一樣米養百樣人」，不同角色的適應與考驗，講究的是長程的累積，無法立竿見影。
要想出類拔萃，職場上的確存有做事與做人的「比例原則」。 初入職場前5年，至少要花80％的力氣在學做事，另外的20％花在學做人上。
但隨著工作技巧日漸熟練，且隨著職位升遷，扮演的角色趨於複雜，做事所需的時間減少，就要調高比例，將更多的注意力，花在做人的學習上。
尤其在中國這個比較講究輩份的社會中，要讓人覺得你這個人很成熟，很不錯，你才能把事情做成。
所以「外圓、內方」被中國人奉為做人最高境界的處世之道，即是最好的答案。

有一隻烏鴉，它要飛到南方去，飛了很久，累了的時候就停下來在一棵樹上休息，一隻鴿子也剛好從這裡經過停在這棵樹上休息，鴿子見烏鴉很累的樣子就問烏鴉要去哪，烏鴉忿忿不平的回答鴿子：“我想飛到南方去，其實我並不想離開，可是這裡的人都不喜歡我，嫌棄我叫聲不好聽，所以我要離開這裡飛到別處去”。
鴿子聽了後並好心勸道：“別白費力氣了，如果你不改變自己的叫聲，飛到哪去都不會受歡迎的”。
