對凡夫俗子的我們來說，既然沒有金湯匙可咬，那麼﹕
3 ~ 18歲，大部份的人都是相同的，升學讀書、讀書升學……，建立起自己的基礎知識。
我們大部分的人都在父母、親友、師長、水果日報等價值觀影響下，完成了基本教養。
選擇讀書，應該一鼓作氣，在您尚未進入產業前，能讀多高就多高，畢竟一旦您有了工作而又想進修，那相對的掙扎也多。因為您不知當時的年紀、資歷……再去做進修這樣的投資是否值得？
18 ~ 24歲，您要懂得掌握與規劃自己的未來，因為往往決定了就是一條無悔的不歸路。
一旦取得法律付予您自主權，相對您要盡的義務及承擔的責任就愈大。您要開始為自己的未來規劃，如繼續升學、就業、感情….拿回自己對人生的主控權，而非一直受人影響的搖擺人生。
但這時候的您，是喜悅與痛苦交戰。喜悅是來自於開始被賦予一些自主權，痛苦來自於開始要嚐試錯誤。
【這時你要開始儲蓄你的人際關係，多認識一些積極思想的朋友，因十年後這些朋友都將是你事業的支持】
24 ~ 30歲，您像一塊海綿，努力吸收、也甘心被壓榨，為的只是自我的成長。
這時候的您，應是工作取向。社會新鮮人因為沒有經驗，所以不懂挫折。因為資源不多，所以一切盡人事，聽天命。
現在的您：雖領取別人的薪水，但學習別人的經驗，付出自己的青春，建構自己的未來的夢想。

30 ~ 35歲（而立之年），這時候的您，要專注在事業打拼。
這時候的您，應是事業取向。
看看我們週遭有太多優秀的人，終日汲汲營營，始卻終沒有享受到應得的代價，原因無他，就在努力的方向錯了，找錯了機會，拒絕了機會而己。
每個人都有專屬自己的天賦與舞台，例如Jordan 打了一輩子的籃球，卻是很難在棒球場上找到自己的舞台。

35 ~ 40歲，您要學習判斷機會、掌握機會，不能再有嚐試錯誤的心態。
這時候的您，也應是事業取向和家庭取向兼顧﹔工作也應該從體力轉換為腦力。您應該看到的是遠景，而非現況﹔面對的應是寬廣人生，而非侷限於自我。
而結婚是許多人面臨人生第一次的重大抉擇。
面對婚姻，很多人以為結婚就是一個責任的結束，殊不知正是學習的開始。
就像一些剛上市上櫃公司，以為目標達成了，忘了自己的企業責任，忽略本業，反而是一個惡夢的開始。
一個經營不好家庭的人，縱使賺到全世界，他得到的只是表面的掌聲，在他人生的這個圓，永遠有一個缺口。
家應該是您最大的精神支柱、動力來源和堅強後盾！

40歲（不惑之年）以後，您要享受助人圓夢，功德無量的格局。
這時候的您，應是責任取向，工作已變成是一種責任。您應該學習挑起更重的擔子，帶領一群人去圓一個更雄心壯志的夢想。
如果您是企業主管，您應該不要只停留在汲汲營營，斤斤計較，您應該要有能力擔負照顧周遭的員工、家人，帶領他們享受更好的生活品質。
當您一個人成功，您只享受到一個人的快樂！
真正的快樂來自於：週遭親友因您的成長而提升，不論是精神或物質。
