全球電商因新冠疫情帶來了爆炸性成長，2020年全球電商銷售額占整體零售市場比重大幅上升至16.35%，比疫前多了4個百分點，規模達2.5兆美元，以大陸、美國、英國為全球前3大電商市場。
目前電商消費習慣最成熟的是南韓，零售滲透率達35.8%，原因在於韓國電商起步早，相關平台選擇多元、物流便利，消費習慣很早便養成；第2名為大陸27%，第3名為英國24%，台灣2020年電商普及率是13.1%，還有很大成長空間。
不過，若論成長性最快國家仍是新興市場，比方說泰國、墨西哥及印尼電商市場成長率都超過50%。
一、momo電商的吸客策略
每年一度的雙11，對電商平台來說，是年度總驗收的大事。
富邦媒 momo 在 11/12 日公布今年雙11戰果：單日業績破30億元創下新高。這是台灣所有電商平台之冠。
富邦媒 11月合併營收 122.33 億元，月增 84.69%，年增 32.04%，單月首度衝破百億營收大關，並推升前 11 月合併營收創下 800億元的新里程碑，達 803.84 億元，年增 32.39%，已較2020年全年的營收多出近 20 億元。
一個電商平台想要吸客，除了比商品價格和獨特性，尚有諸多細節須兼顧，那momo 究竟是在那些細節，表現特別突出？
1、買斷包銷，拿出更好獨家優惠
首先，momo運用買斷包銷手段，換取廠商提供獨家規格與更多折扣。
通常，不少品牌都會針對不同平台，推出規格、設計、品質皆不同的「特別規格版」。廠商一方面藉由提供獨家商品，讓平台願意合作推廣營銷；另一方面，也是避免不同平台互相比價，淪為價格戰。
正因為 momo「買斷包銷」的能力較其他平台強，且願意先讓利給品牌商、提供行銷資源，如推品牌館，才讓這能量在雙 11爆發，拿到獨家優惠商品。
例如Dyson吸塵器頂規旗艦版，就曾在 momo獨家祭出破盤價，該款商品也成為momo的雙 11熱銷王。
2、擴大網紅直播，做分眾行銷
一直以來，momo在雙11都是會找網紅做直播，此跟 PChome找明星辦晚會的策略不同。momo通常在雙11活動主頁和消費動線中，都不斷打出直播資訊。
觀察momo臉書粉絲專頁，在雙11活動期間，除了momo自己找來超過20位網紅直播介紹產品，合作品牌商也在自家網紅直播影片中，直接附上產品連結，導流回 momo。
momo把行銷預算分散各類別網紅，好處在於，這些網紅背後都代表不同族群，例如美妝、電競、親子、戶外咖，因此能做到分眾行銷、導流。
另對品牌商來說，他們可用行銷資源，和momo交換這些貼文以及直播，包含雙11主會場的曝光機會；而對品牌商來說，則可賺到不同客群的流量，也省下買廣告的成本。
3、揪團消費，把百貨客拉進來
momo也利用團購力量，讓親友、網友加入勸敗行列，只要找到3人以上組隊、且消費達一定金額，即可享額外優惠。
一般有能力消費到萬元以上的族群，平常大多在百貨公司消費，運用揪團的力量，可把這群人從實體通路拉到線上，替momo帶來新客群。而這設計還牽涉到心理戰，讓團員可互相提醒達標，也考驗對消費者人性的洞察。
但要促成揪團活動，得先讓團員的帳號湊在一起，才能即時看見團員彼此的消費金額，這要有很強大的資訊系統。
momo統計，這次揪團活動的參與人數，較去年同期成長6倍，累計消費金額排行第一名的團隊，訂單金額突破新台幣155萬元。
4、電商網站介面設計就像百貨逛街
從使用體驗上來看，momo其網頁介面特別考慮非目的性購買、行為類似在百貨公司逛街的消費者。
momo 把平台做成百貨商場，目的是讓消費者的停留時間越長越好。例如momo做主題策展時，momo App首頁的設計，更容易將消費者引導到策展頁面，且首頁的限時搶購倒數時鐘，也會讓消費者定期回來看是否有新商品特賣，加強黏著度。
相較下，PChome 則是工程師思維的電商平台，以系統最佳化、介面乾淨的思維來設計平台。
是但，對介面設計的喜好因人而異，比如，對女性消費者占比高逾7成的momo 來說，類似百貨公司的介面設計更能打到主要族群；但也有人認為momo廣告、雜訊太多，對明確知道要買哪件商品、只是在網路上比價的消費者，momo策展頁面的幫助就不大。
反正這場雙11購物節，乍看是行銷活動競賽，但回過頭來，考驗的還是電商平台對品牌廠商、對消費者需求的洞察能力，就像養兵千日用在一時，單場活動勝出，背後的鋪陳與細節才是關鍵。
二、線上、線下零售巨頭強攻「宅配外送」，經營界線日趨模糊
■momo 購物網「5h 超市」PK全聯 PXGo! 小時達
由於台灣實體零售店密度相當高，光是全聯就有超過 1000家店、7-11 超過 6000家、全家超過4000家，還有家樂福近350家、屈臣氏近600家、寶雅250家左右等，零售競爭高度激烈。
另外，台灣電商滲透率雖已提升至 10%之上，但相較大陸和南韓電商滲透率逼近30%，顯然還有很大的成長空間。
近年，如何使消費者更方便買到需要的東西，「宅配外送」成兵家必爭之地。
因此富邦媒momo、便利超商、全聯等零售巨頭皆在強攻「短鏈配送」市場，使線上、線下經營界線日趨模糊。
超市龍頭全聯2021年1月初宣布「宅配外送」服務上線；緊接著 B2C網購龍頭富邦媒 (8454-TW) 也宣布 momo 購物網「5h 超市」展開試營運，兩大線上線下零售龍頭於 2021 年剛開始就強碰頭，各有各的優勢。
可觀察到，近日宣布加入短鏈戰局的富邦媒 momo 購物「5h 超市」，強打多達 5000件商品選項，可在 5小時內完成配送，服務首波在雙北市上線，等於提供忙碌的上班族上午訂、下午取貨的便利性，但仍慢於全聯主打的最快30分鐘至1小時內完成配送。
原因在於，儘管富邦媒積極建立衛星倉，但全聯具有「店點就是物流倉」的優勢，配送可更加迅速，據全聯規劃，門市從接單到店員揀貨、理貨，平均每單僅需耗時約 10分鐘，隨著今年預計擴展此服務至全台 200家門店，勢必進一步侵蝕其他同業的經營版圖。
不過，富邦媒也非省油燈，在站上擁有數百萬項商品優勢下，momo 購物「5h 超市」一開始就端出 5000件商品數，較全聯初步提供的 2000多項更多，且網羅品項涵蓋休閒零食、沖泡飲品、民生食材、個人清潔、美妝保養、個人用品、生活日用和家用清潔等商品，快配商品數已接近單點超市店內 1萬餘件商品的一半。
連鎖超市龍頭全聯2021/07/01日指出，由於疫情警戒三級期間物資宅配到府的需求提升，為滿足更多區域消費者的需要，全聯 PXGo! 小時達和 Uber Eats 雙平台於明日起將進駐宜花東、金門和澎湖等離島區域，提前達成全台拓展目標，共將有 160多家門市提供外送服務。
全聯指出，據自家的 PXGo! 小時達觀察，隨著疫情三級警戒延長，生鮮、蔬果類買氣大增，每周單店外送訂單維持成長 30% 左右；其中，PXGo! 小時達服務中，宅配占比高達 97%，自取僅 3%。
全聯進一步統計，疫情 5 月中旬爆發以來，PXGo! 小時達整體業績成長 5 倍，而除了生鮮食材占購買大宗外，泡麵、零食、微波食品等即食食品類同樣熱銷。
目前 PXGo! 小時達平台已上架 2000 餘款商品，涵蓋生鮮、低溫食品、常溫食品、雜貨家用等，全聯指出，隨著 PXGo! 小時達全台拓點完成，未來將有更多原本不在全聯商圈內的消費者也可使用此便利服務。
整體來看，二大零售巨頭不約而同在 2021 年初宣告短鏈物流布局已有初步成績，未來隨著衛星倉、配送店點的擴增，可以預見，快速配送服務將越來越普及，且速度有望越來越快，不過，接下來還有新業者將加入短鏈配送市場，再加上實體業者如寶雅仍有長遠開店計畫，這場零售的競爭勢必會越來越激烈。
然而，接下來還有超商龍頭統一超 (2912-TW) 將加入戰局，隨著台灣電商滲透率持續提升，線上、線下經營界線已趨於模糊。
三、線上零售巨頭補強「到店取貨」
由於亞馬遜 (AMZN-US) 提供 Prime會員 2日出貨、一日到貨、當日到貨等運送服務，讓消費者習慣了快速又免費的送貨服務，也提高零售業者的競爭門檻，即使有些消費者根本不需要或不想要這麼快收到。
但這種快速的免運服務，但這對許多零售業者來說是個越來越沉重的負擔，尤其是那些中型零售商更岌岌可危，因為多數業者沒有能力實施足夠強大高效的運輸策略，以對應快速交貨的需求，此讓配送成本恐不斷升高！
1、全聯「實體電商」服務上路
在電子支付、線上購陸續上線後，全聯已發展電商的最後一哩路─「實體電商」，也就是，依托全台近1000家據點加入電商布局的一環，預計2021年完成。
可預想，全聯可能成為全台取貨最快，甚至是送貨最快的電商界巨獸。
全聯要做的「實體電商」，是有別傳統電商服務，即在既有1000家門市基礎上，主打相對其他電商業者更具優勢的品項─「生鮮冷藏冷凍類」，這一哩路難度高，需精準掌握店內即時庫存，並建立退換貨和調貨系統。
在此，所謂「實體電商」服務是，消費者可透過手機 app掌握全聯線上商品在3 公里店內的即時庫存，即時訂購後可直接到附近店點取貨；由於門店點密度高，全聯甚至與物流業者合作，不排除2小時內消費者訂購商品就會送到家，可想而知，一旦完成這項服務的布局，絕對是下一頭電商巨獸。原因在於，全聯出貨是從密度高的店點直接出貨。
2、2022年電商界要如何面對「到店取貨」新挑戰
電商「自行取貨」的趨勢將慢慢勝過「送貨到家」：
（1）蝦皮電商也開始廣設「蝦皮取貨店」，提供到店自取服務。
大型電商平台蝦皮購物指出，由於2020年疫情帶動電商需求強勁成長，蝦皮台灣用戶數年成長超過30%。尤其，台灣蝦皮購物 55歲以上的用戶數在2020年激增近 2倍，若可掌握這群網購新生代，等於掌握電商市場新藍海。
蝦皮購物並表示，受疫情影響，不僅是日常生活需求，連同娛樂、人際互動等情感需求已全面朝線上移轉，消費行為更從單純購物轉向社交體驗靠攏。
蝦皮店到店在疫後突然間如雨後春筍般林立，不少人擔心蝦皮來勢洶洶，恐怕掀起超商一波洗牌戰，對於各商圈店面發展也起了微妙變化。
台灣房屋集團趨勢中心執行長張旭嵐指出，蝦皮從線上電商平台轉戰實體，最大的優勢在於累積多年，超過千萬的會員數，對於客戶使用習慣，和取貨的區域都有精準的資料，這些也都成為評估分析展店的最佳利器，而目前蝦皮展店並不在於加入超商戰場，而是在電商平台中，用最高的CP值，取得最佳的戰略位置
由於目前各平台的貨源貨量差異性有限，若能強化會員忠誠度，更能穩住各平台的營運和發展，而其中平台的發貨速度，和取貨的手續費，更是不少消費者下單的關鍵！在這樣的情況下，蝦皮自行展店，降低貨運成本，提供免運費的服務，等於從超商手上拿回自主權，蝦皮的電商地位如虎添翼
事實上，蝦皮店到店的加入，雖然攪亂一池春水，但對電商平台或超商，也有「鯰魚效應」的作用！張旭嵐指出，蝦皮激盪出的新火花，不僅為自己賺飽了行銷宣傳效應，也激發了產業間的新火花，對消費者而言，不啻為一件好事。
各主商圈的超商布局幾乎都已經卡位額滿，現階段展店多半著眼重劃區入住率漸增的區域，這類型的社區型店面，通常屬於「小白樓」型的店面，坪數並不大，走「小而巧」的路線，捨去商圈核心店租最貴的地段，而著眼「各商圈蛋白區塊」或「住宅大樓社區」店面，因有穩定的居住人口和低租金成本的優點，此刻再現生機！而這類新興住宅區，區域生活機能欠缺，所以服務多元的超商進駐，多半也能快速成為住戶的好鄰居，加上大集團品牌的服務形象，成為最受社區型店面房東喜愛的租客之一！
（2）富邦媒momo與全家合作「超商低溫店取服務」
2020年以來受到疫情帶動在家自煮風潮，富邦媒momo與全家合作，推出電商獨家的「超商低溫店取服務」，後全家也看好冷凍商品的銷售商機，再陸續投資約 1億元於鮮食廠進行冷凍產線改建，並推出「冷凍店型3.0 」，並擴建店舖冷凍商品陳列和儲存空間，全力打造生活體驗型「冷凍店型3.0 」。
富邦媒momo與全家力拚在高度競爭的零售市場中透過新服務，再做出差異化。
四、富邦媒的「短鏈物流」是長期重點發展策略
富邦媒2/16日公告2021年財報，全年稅後純益 32.8億元，年增幅達 68.8%，寫獲利新高紀錄，每股純益(EPS)18.02 元，其中，第四季每股純益達 5.04元，創單季次高，僅次2021年第一季。
富邦媒說明，2021年營運續攀高峰，顯示疫情有利重塑消費習性，至2021年底，momo 購物網站上已集結超過 340萬件商品，合作品牌數已突破 2萬個，看準宅食商機爆發，也積極拓展生鮮服務，並推出老饕美味標章。
富邦媒指出，倉儲物流運轉能量在疫情下也彰顯其至關重要的地位，擘劃短鏈物流是長期重點發展策略，因此，近年積極投入全台倉儲基礎建設，以提升整體物流效能和應變實力，至2021年底投入營運的全台物流中心、主倉、衛星倉已達 42 座。
為強化南台灣物流網絡，富邦媒繼台南永康物流中心作為前哨站營運啟用後，「南區儲配運輸物流中心」也正式動土，而「中區物流中心」正緊鑼密鼓規劃中。
隨著營運規模持續增長，展望2022年，富邦媒表示，momo 將持續深化會員服務力，包括持續擴展 momo幣使用場景，壯大 momo幣生態系，同時加速物流佈建的腳步，以及數據賦能持續優化服務等。
五、富邦媒拓拚「綠色電商」
台灣線上零售業龍頭富邦媒（8454）積極朝「永續綠色電商」邁進，繼領先同業研發上線「momo循環袋」，momo再宣布攜手連鎖超市「美廉社」拓展回收據點，全台逾800間「美廉社」門市加入回收服務陣容，讓消費者輕鬆完成「舉手投遞做環保」。
momo期望透過與線上線下通路的合作，擴大升級環保永續正向影響力，引領消費者共同步上綠色網購旅程。
富邦媒表示，「momo循環袋」的理念實踐了塑膠源頭減量與循環，不僅其製作原料來自其全台物流倉儲回收的廢棄膠膜，經清洗、熱熔形成再生塑料所製成，且可重複使用多次。
momo為號召更多消費者加入環保永續行列，亦積極拓展回收據點，繼與中華郵政「郵務系統」配合回收之逾9000個郵筒及i郵箱附設智慧郵筒，2022年再度迎來新夥伴美廉社，全台逾800間門市將成為回收新據點。統計全台「momo循環袋」回收據點，總計已突破10000個，為消費者帶來輕鬆、便利做環保的管道。
消費者收到貼有綠色專用識別封條的「momo循環袋」包裹，於商品鑑賞期後即可至住家附近的美廉社，將循環袋交予櫃臺人員輕鬆完成歸還。或者也可選擇投遞至中華郵政郵筒及i郵箱附設智慧郵筒。經回收的循環袋，將由momo回收並執行清潔、消毒重整作業，繼續為momo商品友善包裝服役。富邦媒表示，momo將持續透過行動支持減塑環保，為環境永續盡一份心力。
六、富邦媒momo積極布局「元宇宙」話題
2020年初新冠疫情爆發後，人們不得不減少社交互動的機會。當實體世界的聯繫變得薄弱，自然加速數位世界的完善，人們在虛擬空間留存和互動的時間增加。無論社群網路、線上遊戲，真實的個體和虛擬的分身同時存在，人們已經無法想像沒有網路的生活。
2021年3月時，由騰訊（Tencent）投資的美國遊戲公司Roblox在紐約證交所上市，上市說明書內就提到元宇宙，也被稱為「元宇宙的第一股」，市值一下子從2018年的25億美元，到現在已突破400億美元，為什麼它這麼吸引人？
馬克．祖克柏日前正式將公司名稱由Facebook改為Meta，展示其前進「元宇宙」領域的決心。Nike日前申請新的商標，計劃販售虛擬球鞋；Roblox與Gucci合作，讓玩家可以購買Gucci的虛擬服飾。各消費產業都在布局「元宇宙」話題，零售電商有何機會？
■電商市場如何迎向「元宇宙」？
2021 年底前的一場併購，台灣大併台灣之星後，富邦集團邁向超級媒體金融王國，台灣大哥大領銜的數位匯流王國，隱然成形。此案一來，富邦集團在匯流媒體上將一步步壯大，成為橫跨金融、電信、有線電視與串流媒體的超大型數位匯流集團，從網路、消費到通訊，台灣民眾的荷包幾乎很難逃出富邦集團打造的數位匯流王國。因此，這對富邦媒momo電商未來迎向「元宇宙」如虎添翼。
「元宇宙」的到來，將對電商如虎添翼，從二維度的跨境電商體驗進入三維度空間，虛實環境可隨時切換，將更趨近真實採購體驗。

舉例來說，電商網站可以提供消費者更多元宇宙服務，如近期推出超夯的三角型電腦機殼或鷗翼式電腦機殼，玩家發現超酷立刻買，但東西很炫，買到後可能會面臨不會組裝的問題，若線上可以讓玩家360度觀看，虛擬體驗如何裝，不僅能成功搭售其他零件，更能減少退貨率，提高銷售精準度。
其次也可以做體驗行銷，比方創立每位消費者一個虛擬空間，儲存買家已購買清單，同時該空間可以模擬情境，比方打造私人視聽室，可以在角落放上B&Q音響，讓消費者試聽音響播放效果，或構建一個虛擬廚房，消費者可以選配模擬各式廚具，覺得滿意再下單。
所以說「元宇宙」可以像是消費者的讀心術，提供虛擬場域讓消費者找出渴望的體驗，一切都將有跡可尋，我們可以做關連性行銷，提供一次性購買服務。因此，這對富邦媒momo電商未來迎向「元宇宙」如虎添翼。
