假如第一個十年，我們磨出了「環緯」這把倚天劍；
那第二個十年，我們又磨出「大宅配」這把屠龍刀；
那麼，第三個十年，我們的夢想在何方?
我想，希望應寄託在淬鍊中的—-「環眾」這枝霸王槍上。
古道、西風、瘦馬；銹劍、左岸、天涯月有陰晴圓缺、景氣總有循環週期，所以有低谷必有高峰； 且沈潛了許久歲月。 物稀為貴，莫忘了，環緯是擁有4PL原力的3PL業者。春耕、夏耘、秋收、冬藏，大地用生命循環不息的蛻變道理，不景氣不僅淘汰上一波3PL業者盲目投資的產能，也為環緯掃除下一波景氣循環復甦時的競爭者。天佑環緯，引領我們走出了這雲霧嬝繞的迷谷，我將再起。那來自專業的自信，會重新磨亮我們腰間，那把銹蝕已久的名劍。想想創業初期，我們如何透過教育訓練，培養自己對專業的尊重?我們是否已準備好了，重拾那王者的榮耀?
二、前世的五百年修行，換得今生的擦肩而過大宅配行銷的成立，來自「通路為王」的領悟。
它只是對勇者的一場試煉、對綿延希望的一路苦行堅持。 日本德川幕府的開創者德川家康，他的父親是日本戰國時代的一個小城城主。
為了聯合大城姬川氏與另一強大勢力織田氏對抗，便依習慣，將六歲的家康押給姬川氏當人質以表示誠意。但他中途被織田氏俘虜，關了三年，才送還姬川氏。
十九歲時，姬川氏被滅，家康只有逃回家裏。從六歲到十九歲，家康不是當俘虜、就是當人質，養成他逆來順受的本事，什麼事都能忍下來，終於忍出一個天下。某日，織田信長邀請當時仍是他臣下的秀吉以及盟友家康到他的花園賞鳥。但平日聲音嘹亮的杜鵑，今天卻不叫了。豐田秀吉善用心機，他說：『杜鵑不叫，那麼應該想個辦法逗它叫』；結果，這三個傳奇人物後來下場也各有不同。豐臣秀吉也在權傾一時後死亡，其繼承人秀賴最後被德川家康擊敗， 我也想用這個故事來振奮所有的環緯人、環眾人及大宅配家族成員，我想大聲地說， 很榮幸能跟大家一起參與這場神聖的戰役，也祝福大家夢想成真！
我想用這個故事來談「成功的特質」與「忍–堅持」的重要，因為德川家康具堅毅不拔的特質，最終讓他一戰成名，終得天下。
最後，天下歸由德川家康，建立了長達四百年的德川幕府時代。
織田信長遭到親信部屬叛變後，死於本能寺；而德川家康善忍，則說：『杜鵑如果不叫，那……我就等到它叫唄』。織田信長因脾氣較暴燥，就說：『杜鵑敢不叫，就殺了它』；
有一則有名的軼事，是關於他與日本戰國的另二大傳奇人物：織田信長、豐臣秀吉三人間的性格比較，日本人常引以為鑑。在此與大家分享一個故事—-德川家康著名的『杜鵑不啼』故事。
我相信，只要方向正確，一步一脚印，終將走出雨過天睛。
