長時間站立或行走的人，往往會有足部疼痛的困擾。以下分享一些能夠緩解足部不適的方法。
一、導致雙腳酸痛的主要原因
在忙碌一天結束後，通常導致你雙腳酸痛的主要原因﹕
由於你的雙腳承受了整個身體的重量，如果你長時間站立，雙腳、關節和韌帶所承受的壓力會越來越大。此時血液會大量湧向足部，導致的腫脹會引起疼痛，尤其如果你的鞋子的尺碼不夠大，那麼疼痛感還會增加。
二、緩解雙腳酸痛方法
此時，想緩解雙腳酸痛，散步、活動下肢肌肉（雙腳和腳踝），都有助於促進血液回流至心臟。
另外，舉高（小腿伸展練習）或按摩雙腳，都有助於緩解肌肉緊張以及腳踝和足部的疼痛。
在此，推薦一種跑步者常用的基礎伸展練習：手臂前伸，抵住墻面或其他平面，彎腰並將一只腳置於另一只腳的後側，直至感到小腿被拉伸為止。進行這項練習時，腳跟應該平放在地板上。
減重也會有所幫助。由於雙腳和腳踝支撐的是整個身體的重量，即使很小的減重幅度也能夠大幅減輕雙腳的壓力。每減重一磅（約為0.45公斤）都能夠令雙腳和腳踝承受的壓力減輕三至四磅。
高跟鞋會加劇雙腳酸痛嗎？
最好避免穿高跟鞋，因為當您穿著高跟鞋的時候，會把身體的全部重量都壓到前腳掌上。所以，為了更好地分散體重，建議應該選擇鞋跟較粗、較低的高跟鞋。另一個竅門就是買大半碼的鞋子，並在鞋子的前部墊個輕薄的半墊。這樣可以為腳趾創造出更大的活動空間，以免腳趾受到擠壓。
