真正的信仰

一、真正的信仰必須經過時間的考驗
有一則黑牛與白牛的寓言故事如下：
在春秋戰國時代的一個村莊裡，有一對非常勤儉實在的父子。
有一天家中所飼養的黑牛竟然生下了一頭小白牛，讓這對父子非常地訝異。
父親說：「聽說孔夫子是一位聖人，我們去問他看看到底是怎麼回事呢？」
當他們見到孔夫子，問他這個黑牛生白牛的問題時，孔夫子回答說：「不必害怕，這是一個吉兆！」
但是等他們回家之後不久，父親的眼睛竟然看不見了。
兒子很生氣地對父親說：「孔夫子亂講話，這根本就不是一個吉兆嘛！」
但是父親卻說：「孔夫子是聖人，聖人說的話一定是對的，我們要相信他。」
隔了一年，這對父子家中的黑牛又生了一頭小白牛，此對父子又再度去向孔夫子請教，這代表什麼意義？
孔夫子仍然對他們說：「很好，這是一個吉兆！」
但是這對父子回家之後沒多久，兒子的眼睛竟然也看不見了。
兒子更加生氣地對父親說：「這已經是第二次了，我再也不相信孔夫子了！」
不過父親依舊信心篤定地對兒子說：「孔夫子是一位聖人，聖人所說的話一定有他的道理，我們要相信他。」
兒子因為父親的堅定信念，也就默默接受了所發生的事實。
到了第三年，因為此村莊的所在國家與鄰國發生戰爭，村莊內的壯丁都被徵召去打仗，結果不是戰死沙場就是傷殘而歸，只有這對父子因為眼睛瞎了而沒有被徵召，而且當戰爭結束之後，這對父子的眼睛竟然也都痊癒了。
此時兒子方才恍然大悟，原來父親說：「一定要相信聖人所說的話」的真實義。
同時他也體會到：「聖人所說的話，就算表面上暫時與事實不符，但是經過時間的考驗，最後一定是正確的」，這才是「真正的信仰」。
只有時間，會自然證明一切。
二、石匠砌牆的寓意
有個人經過一個建築工地，問那裡的石匠們在幹什麼？
三個石匠有三個不同的回答：
第一個石匠回答：“我在砌牆，混口飯吃。”
第二個石匠回答：“我在蓋屋，做最出色的石匠工作。”
第三個石匠回答：“我正在建造一座大教堂，為上帝服務。”
這三個不同的回答，有著深層的寓意：
亦即，這三個石匠的回答，給出了三種不同的人生目標。
第一個石匠說自己做石匠是為了養家糊口，只考慮自己的生理需求，沒有大的抱負；
第二個石匠說自己做石匠是為了成為最出色的匠人，這是職能思維導向的人，做工作時只考慮本職工作，只考慮自己要成為什麼樣的人，很少考慮組織的要求；
而第三個石匠的回答說出了目標的真諦，這是經營思維導向的人，這些人思考目標的時候，會把自己的工作和組織的目標關聯，從組織價值的角度看待自己的發展，這樣的員工才會獲得更大的發展。
管理大師杜拉克說，第三個石匠才是一個管理者，因為他用自己的工作影響著組織的績效，它在做石匠工作的時候，看到了自己的工作與建設大樓的關係，這種人的想法難能可貴！
三、追尋企業心靈導師
古希臘人相信，人生來時是殘缺不完整的。所以，他將用他有限的生命去尋找本該跟他二合為一的另一半。此後，尋找便成為人生的主題。
凡人在生滅的世間中常會「觸境生情」，由自我的成見而產生一定的情緒，乃至被套牢在其中而不自知，智慧也因此被蒙蔽住了；所以經常會覺得障礙重重，或瓶頸無法突破。
在人生的旅途中，只有找到真正的心靈導師，真心追隨、虛心學習，建立起「真正的信仰」，才能穿越重重迷障所形成的框框，不被囚限，才能突破負面情緒的作用，才能激發內在的潛能，轉為正面精進的力量，活出自我無限的價值。
中松義郎的目標一致理論講的也就是提醒這一點，當一個人的目標與組織的目標越一致，這個人潛能發揮就越大，就越有發展！
四、跋
但是，不是每個人都能夠在有限的生命裡跟『心靈導師』相見，這需要因緣。
正如徐志摩所言﹕『我將在我的生命裡尋找我的靈魂伴侶。得之，我幸﹔不得，我命。』
