一、我選擇北醫醫資所的原因：
大學期間，我接觸了醫院管理學、健康保險制度以及醫療資訊等相關科目，學習到各項管理基礎知讖。但我也領悟到，大學醫管人才培育模式，是以通才教育為主，想成為一個卓越的醫管人才，必須更具備解決問題的核心能力。
大三下的時候，我選擇在北醫附設醫院的資訊室實習。實習期間，深深感受到醫療資料量的龐大，尤其電子病歷、影像、遠端醫療、移動醫療等數位醫療過程，都會產生大量的醫療資料，在大資料的時代背景下，未來，物聯網及大資料分析等技術，都將成為醫療機構提高醫療服務品質、增強競爭力的關鍵策略，其技術的戰略意義不在於掌握龐大的資料訊息，而是對這些含有意義的資料進行專業化分析處理。
我十分渴望能進一步探索物聯網、雲端運算、大資料分析時代到來，究竟會對醫院管理上帶來哪些影響？醫療行業又該如何運用物聯網、大資料分析來增強本身競爭力？
另外，我觀察父親在做諮詢工作時，大多沿襲麥肯錫的「假設驅動」方法論。但我在閱讀醫資相關文獻時，發現還有另一個「資料驅動」方法論，透過建立資料倉庫、演算法研究、電腦自動檢索、統計方法驗證，可進一步挖掘出潛在知識。這種方法深深的吸引我，我相信此方法論未來勢必會成為解決問題的利器。
由於 本所的師資、教學資源的廣度及深度皆為一時之選，在課程設計上講求實用與國際化，我也知道本所與美國衛生研究院有短期交換生的計劃，如果有機會進入本所，我希望能爭取這個機會，讓自己能開拓視野，也符合我對未來想要跨入智慧醫療市場的生涯規劃。
我相信，能夠靈活運用醫療資訊管理系統是醫管人才未來強化競爭實力的最佳利器。因此，我決定報考本所，我相信這裡是我最好的學習環境，也期許自己未來能在這裡強化自己醫療資訊管理的專業能力。
二、錄取我的原因：
因為我在大學四年期間，努力學習醫管領域的基礎知識，也努力鍛鍊自己社團領導經驗，加上在資訊室學習做院內系統和協助醫院資訊標準評鑑的磨練，都能為我在下階段學習提供良好的基礎。
另外，這幾年我一直在我的blog訓練自己的寫作能力，加上父親在上海的諮詢公司，也能提供我未來投入智慧醫療產業的歷練機會，所以家裡都十分支持我學習這塊領域。
我十分渴望進入本所，以補强我在醫療資訊管理的專業能力，並配合國外交換生的計畫，開闊我的國際視野，誠心希望教授們能給予我這個珍貴機會進入 本所深造，我相信這個良好學習環境，必能將我形塑成跨領域的多元整合人才！我也會以感恩之心，將我的專業能力回報國家社會，以不辜負師長栽培！
未來若有機會進入貴所，我的讀書計畫：
由於 本所是在2007年由生物資訊研究所，衛生資訊與決策研究所整併完成，整合生物資訊與醫學資訊，形成跨領域、跨層次的整合特色，可培養我跨領域學習與研究之能力。我期望進入 本所學習期間能强化自己的專業能力，例如：程式設計、醫療科技評估、資料探勘、醫學決策支援及專家系統、顧客關係管理在健康照護的應用等，經由紮實理論訓練，強化我在這專業領域的深度。
若有幸考上 本所，我一定會全力以赴地學習，訓練自己更深層的思維能力，提升我發現問題、分析問題、解決問題的能力。當然，如有機會，更希望能成為師長的國科會或相關研究計畫或研討會之助理，必可强化我的分析方法、論文寫作能力與籌辦會議能力，進而對我未來投身職場，可鋪下紮實的功夫底子。
三、未來之工作計畫：
研究所畢業後，我希望先到父親集團公司的關係企業—亞普達國際電子商務公司企劃部歷練，實際磨練資訊管理企劃工作，以累積良好實戰經驗，讓所學理論與實務融會貫通。
第二年計劃再前往上海，到父親公司—環眾物流諮詢公司工作（從事大陸市埸物流諮詢、人才培訓、軟件開發），先投身於大陸市場的諮詢產業，先累積醫藥物流顧問經驗（方法論），再切入大陸智慧醫療市場作重點開發（十二五的重點扶植產業）。
我期許自己未來能分攤父親的工作重擔，承接他十多年辛苦建立的事業基礎及豐沛人脈，並青出於藍，在大陸市場上打下一片江山，以不辜負父親及師長的辛苦栽培，並為提昇人類健康生活貢獻一己之力。
四、為何想要投入大陸醫療產業？
1、東協10＋6與亞洲區域經濟整合即將成形，這是我們這個世代最大的挑戰與機會。
2、大陸為解決醫療資源不足，目前正積極進行醫療制度改革（十二五計畫對「智慧醫療」寄予厚望），而台灣在全民健保制度上有豐富實踐經驗。加上，台灣在資訊產業上具有相對優勢。
3、兩岸服貿協議簽定，長期將促進兩岸醫管人才之交流，無可迴避。
4、我希望能將父親的諮詢事業發揚光大（供應鏈管理→醫藥物流→物聯網→智慧醫療）。
5、我深信知識能產生無可限量的價值，尤其對知識相對匱乏的地區（大陸有網路管制與過濾）。我認為在大陸發展知識型產業，未來是很有發展潛力。
因為data已成為現代企業的重要生產要素﹔加上網路發達，data取得成本大幅降低，如同空氣般廉價（ex、大英百科全書沒落），惟data以須經專業知識加值，才能產生無限價值。所以，我期許自己能接受更專業的歷練，以提高我發現問題、分析問題、解決問題的能力。
五、分析一下醫管所和醫資所最大的差別在哪?
對醫管所來說﹕
大學醫管人才培育模式，是以通才教育為主，可學習到各項管理基礎知讖。
但醫管人才若能善用資訊技術工具，將可提升自己競爭力輿經營績效
對醫資所來說﹕
1、人口老化輿少子化趨勢，勢必造成未來醫療資源匱乏，催生「智慧醫療」發展
2、物聯網、雲端運算及big data分析技術的大幅進步，加速「智慧醫療」發展，未來各種商業應用模式勢必百家爭嗚，為醫療產業帶來龐大商機
3、善用醫療資訊技術工具，將可提升醫管人才核心競爭力輿管理績效
4、學習資料驅動的研究方法，為自己生涯規劃提供另一個核心競爭力
