季節性皮膚炎

一旦溫差變化大時，不少人臉上會長了一堆紅疹子，不但會癢還會痛，醫師提醒，天氣轉換時，季節性皮膚炎病人就會增多，要特別注意清潔、保溼及防曬，以免季節性皮膚炎上身。
一、酒精性潔膚品，易使皮膚乾癢
大林慈濟醫院雷射中心主任林志明曾指出，季節轉換之際，要特別注意皮膚的保養，有過敏體質者最易出現的過敏性皮膚炎、溼疹。
尤其日夜溫差大，很多人易感冒，鼻涕整天流不停，用力擤鼻涕導致鼻頭紅腫，加上擤鼻涕後又用消毒溼紙巾擦拭清潔，導致鼻頭臉頰大面積脫皮。
須留意，紙巾中的酒精成分會帶走肌膚水分，侵蝕角質層，使肌膚過度乾燥而脫皮。
還有人天氣冷不想碰水，改用乾洗手產品清潔消毒，這些產品內含酒精成分，也是導致肌膚乾燥脫皮的禍首。
二、保溼抗敏感，可改善紅疹
林志明亦強調，清潔及保溼都是冬春保養的重點，擦拭乳液應衡量自己的膚質，油性肌膚應認挑選比較清爽的乳液，乾性或中性肌膚則要使用比較滋潤的乳液。而當天氣逐漸變熱，也要開始注意防曬。
若民眾屬皮膚敏感體質，應選用弱酸性、中性的洗手乳、沐浴乳，配合乳液加強肌膚保溼；若出現乾燥、敏感、乾裂或脫皮，除了請教專業醫師、擦拭藥物治療外，另必須進行抗敏感保溼療程，來改善肌膚的出疹、紅腫、發癢。
