腸躁症不該吃的6種食物

現代人生活壓力大，三餐、作息不正常，導致腸胃消化不良，醫師表示，許多一般認為幫助消化的食物，包括鳳梨、地瓜、豆漿、白粥、牛奶、大蒜、洋蔥等，都不適合腸胃虛弱的人，尤其腸躁症患者更絕對禁止，否則吃錯了恐怕適得其反。
依《張振榕醫師的健康相談室》指出，大腸激躁症患者的常見症狀是腹脹、腹痛、慢性腹瀉，通常都是先脹氣造成疼痛，接著腸道痙攣拉肚子，因此腸躁症患者最需注意的就是避免脹氣，很多富含膳食纖維、益生元的食物，很容易產生氣體，因此不建議腸躁症患者食用。例如以下6種食物﹕
- 地瓜
地瓜富含膳食纖維，是高產氣食物，進而腸躁症患者更容易腹痛、腹瀉，所以絕對要禁食。
- 豆漿
豆類製品含有很多低聚醣、多醇類，這些成分進入腸胃道、經由細菌發酵後也會產生大量氣體，很容易造成打嗝、脹氣、腹部脹痛。
- 大蒜、洋蔥
這兩樣食材也是強力的高產氣食物，腸躁症患者一旦食用，恐導致腹部脹痛，大腸激躁症狀反而會惡化。
- 鳳梨
一般認為鳳梨富含的酵素能幫助消化，但由於鳳梨含高量果糖、甜度較高，容易增加胃酸分泌，導致胃食道逆流，而且鳳梨的纖維較粗，不建議慢性胃炎、胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍患者食用。
- 牛奶
鈣質會刺激胃酸分泌量增加，脂肪成分會讓胃和食道交接處的賁門肌肉鬆弛，所以喝下全脂牛奶後，鈣質先讓胃酸增加，油脂又讓賁門打開，造成胃食道逆流現象增加。
- 白粥
吞下湯水類食物的過程，會不自覺吞下過多空氣，導致腹壓升高，出現胃食道逆流症狀。建議吃粥時應細嚼慢嚥，並避免在睡前3小時喝粥，或者喝完粥避免馬上平躺休息。
