兵貴神速，尤其是中小企業欲切入新興產業。
1993年起，環緯向仁興倉儲公司分租的100坪倉庫空間已飽和，
此時若欲加租倉庫，我們終像無殼蝸牛般，永遠扛負沈重房租擔子。
因此，我們決定將僅有資源焦聚在購買小貨車（生財器具）上，並全力擴展駐外車隊(善用環緯特有的配送人員複製能力)，搶食供不應求的Key-Account配送業務(包括駐點全台、康國、彬泰、CDS、和盟、僑泰、世聯……等物流公司) 。
1993年3月，再應Nestle要求，成立台中物流中心(DC) 。
1993年5月，再應佳格要求，成立高雄物流中心(DC) 。
台中物流中心、高雄物流中心的創建，讓我深刻體驗創業與就業的最大差別，只有走過，才懂經營企業的真諦。
1994年起，中、南部物流中心皆已轉虧為盈，此時，環緯的台灣西部配送網絡正式建制完成。
此時，公司組織結構也借勢將三個物流中心規畫為成本中心制，以進行良性競爭佈局。並決定以營收為共同費用之分攤基礎，以利內生利潤導向之經營策略。
同時，爲了替未來多角化經營鋪路，又成立了環谷控股公司，以統合運用公司資源。
曾經一般般的我們，只是滄海一粟，很難有視野與魄力去開天闢地，
尤其對未來的無知與恐懼，總無情地啃蝕我們的滿腔熱情與自信。
我們很幸運，在藍董的帶領下，有機會追隨公司共同快速成長。
那種插上希望的翅膀起飛，那種追求成長蛻變的喜悅，
那時我們有夢，雖小而美，我們所擁有的，
絕非時下抗爭、罷工的勞工意識氛圍可以想像的世界。
