走在《諮詢》這條路上，我們也曾經懷疑過自己的學養及經驗。
但在這片與時間賽跑的市場上，我們無法等到一切準備就緒才開始。
何況，在洪荒時代，當暴龍愛志玲、老鼠愛大米，又有誰已準備就緒了？
環眾諮詢創業初期，鮮為人知、名劍也蒙塵。
在缺乏品牌撐托下，我們必須先付出—-
只要求客戶提供食宿、交通為條件，就為客戶先做免費物流診斷。
因為我們自知，我們自己也需要時間、空間去摸索這片土地。
我們行囊中僅有的，只是在台灣零售物流的3PL實務經驗中萃取出的那一把故鄉泥土，因此，我們決定先將目標客戶群鎖定在大陸本土流通業者的零售物流系統診斷、改善物流作業流程以及物流中心興建、物流人才培育之上，我們小心播種，只期盼秋後豐收的金黃。
憑著初生之犢不畏虎的鬥志，我們將台灣的物流經驗值，一錘一錘地淬鍊成道地的大陸物流經驗值，其間的辛酸，分不清是汗、還是淚？
現在回顧，當時這方式，証實是突破客戶心防的有利戰術，待我們展現了諮詢績效後，我們也同時樹立了《環眾諮詢》的口碑。
但造化總是喜歡弄人……
當我們品嚐了十多個知名企業的成功諮詢案例的甜美果實時，
一種不安的感覺卻逐漸躍上心頭。
我們驀然發現，這個市場進化太快了。
來不及收割，秋颱已兵臨城下。
大陸零售終端的購併活動已如火如荼地展開，亦即我們的目標市場開始發生質變，迫使我們又必須重新思索《環眾諮詢》的第二階段市場定位在那裡？

當上蒼關了一扇門，祂也開啟了另一扇門。
因緣際會下，藍董事長總結了第一階段諮詢項目經驗，再結合台灣的3PL操作經驗，為北京高教出版社主編十幾本物流教科書，並導入生動的實訓教學項目，因此獲聘為中國教育部職業教育物流教學指導委員會副主任，為《環眾諮詢》開創第二階段的發展方向﹕項目教學。
大陸的物流人才短缺的現況，是孕育4PL市場定位的最大利基。
而大陸目前有1600多所大、中專院校和中、高級職業技校開設了物流專業課程，它們也都需要一套實用性教材來培訓物流操作型人才。
我們愈來愈清晰地看到《環眾諮詢》的願景……
