一、創業是一個分享的過程
開創出一個新事業，是一個分享的過程，也是一個犧牲奉獻的使命。
領導人的經營理念往往引領了我們的人生方向，並讓很多志同道合的人有機會追随，並藉以實現自我、活出生命的意義。
可惜，能悟出這個道理的人並不多，能堅持到底的人更稀有。
因此，很多人終其一生，只能扮演一個傑出專業經理人，只有就業，而非給自己一個開創企業王國的機會。
二、打造靈魂伴侶團隊
徐志摩曾寫下這樣一段文字：『我將在茫茫人海中，尋訪我唯一之靈魂伴侶。得之，我幸；不得，我命。』這可以說是徐志摩為自己短促的一生所寫下的最貼切註腳。
能否尋得「靈魂伴侶」這樣的一個渴望，也是企業領導人能否成功的關鍵因素—-打造靈魂伴侶團隊。
惟有透過人與人之間的心靈契合(領導v.s被領導)，才能建立信任的鏈結，才能發揮眾志成城的相乘戰力，才能成就以一己之力無法成就之目標與理想。
三、凡人都是可以被啟發、被引領、被改變
在我的企業理想國度中，凡人都是可以被啟發、被引領、被改變。
凡人，可因夢想而偉大。如迷途的羔羊，需要牧者的權杖來指引方向。
想想看，對一個人來說，什麼事物才是最有意義、最有價值的呢？
這個問題，天底下只有一個人能回答：那就是每一個人自己！
當每一個人發現自己生命意義時，自然會把自己的潛能發揮出來。
所以，凡人需要被啟發、被引領，才能知道「自己為何而戰? 」，才能激發他們潛藏的戰力。
這是領導人的戰略高度，而不是棒子跟胡蘿蔔的戰術問題。
回想一下，當某一世代的人，他深刻的明白「自己為何而戰? 」—為了改善家人生活品質，即便他處在工作環境惡劣、工作薪資福利差，他亦甘之如飴。因為，他深刻的明白「他的犧牲是值得的」。
但當一個人不知「為何而戰? 」，即便你給他較舒適工作環境、較優渥薪資福利，他仍會從富士康樓上一跳、二跳、三跳……。
因為，他不知「為何而活? 」，他找不到為自己生存下去的意義?
四、權謀術數可搬開追求真理之路上的石頭
人性有好逸惡勞、貪婪、恐懼、從眾……等太多弱點。
即便初期滿腔熱血，也會不堪現實壓力一路折磨，始終誘使我們自我放逐，而無法到理想的彼岸。
人性的弱點，不是每個人都有能力抗拒。
而人性的弱點，不是對與錯，而是人之常情。
因此，所以一個優秀的領導人，必須對人性有深刻、細膩的理解。
他除了對自我的自律與堅持外，有時，身為牧者，權謀術數也是引領羊群到芳草如茵彼岸的必要之惡。
這其中包含對人的鼓勵、包容、規律、激將……，帝王哲學盡納其中。
只是領導人必須時時提醒自己，權謀術數畢竟是「術」，而非「道」。只有真誠的心、不違背初衷、堅定的道德勇氣，才能深中人心。
莫忘了，真理路上是背負了多少人的殷殷期盼!
五、人生如夢，一杯還酹江月
回想環緯創業初期，除給予大家新事業的成長願景之「道」，
亦輔以機械式調薪、改善員工福利、員工入股之「術」。
當第三方物流產業步入高原期，我們轉進「大宅配」重塑願景。
當台灣經濟成長停滯時，我們前進大陸再造「環眾」願景。
求真、行善、完美，是許一個終身的承諾。
而《環眾諮詢》的第一階段，是以藍仁昌董事長及台幹為主力，但當我們打開《環眾》口碑，開始步入第二階段的成長時期，我們理解，惟有成功地進行人才土本化的替代策略，才是長治久安之道。
當然，環眾企業文化的建立，是這階段的重要任務，也是必要的陣痛。
能否尋得「靈魂伴侶」的這個渴望，也是環眾能否成功的關鍵因素。
惟有透過人與人之間的心靈契合(領導v.s被領導)，才能建立信任的鏈結，才能發揮眾志成城的相乘戰力，才能成就以一己之力無法成就之目標與理想。
