這個世界從來沒有任何一件工作叫“錢多、事少、離家近”。
我在招聘新員工的時候看簡歷，你知道我最先看什麼？
我先看他在每一份工作呆了多久。
現在的年輕人工作更換太頻繁了，是一件非常危險的事。
頻繁更換工作的簡歷會給我幾個很重要的資訊，第一這個年輕人還不知道他要幹些什麼，所以他老換。
另外，新到一個崗位大概有兩三個月的蜜月期，反正你是新人，大家對你要求都不高。等幹到半年，你碰到第一批困難的時候選擇離開。因為，發生困難了，最容易的決定是我不幹了。
而我相信這樣子看簡歷的領導不止我一個人。

“當你不去旅行，不去冒險，不去拼一份獎學金，不過沒試過的生活，整天掛著QQ，刷著Line，逛著PChome，玩著網遊。幹著我80歲都能做的的事，你要青春幹嘛？”你是否也曾被這句網傳的流行語，喚醒了心底那一絲早已沉寂的上進心？
錦瑟流年，花開花落，匆匆年少逝過。當您錯過了人生最為難得的吃苦經歷，對生活的理解和感悟自然就會淺薄。
什麼叫吃苦？
當你抱怨自己已經很辛苦的時候，請看看那些透支著體力卻依舊食不果腹的勞動者？在有空調的辦公大樓裡敲敲鍵盤算是吃苦？認真的看看書，學學習，算不算吃苦？如果你為人生畫出了一條很淺的吃苦底線，就請不要妄想跨越深邃的幸福極限。
當你覺得外企真好，可以出入高檔辦公大樓，說著讓人聽不懂的英語，拿著讓人眼紅的薪水；當你覺得投行男好帥，開著凱迪拉克，漫步澳大利亞的海灘，隨手簽著幾百萬的合同；當你看到一條精妙的廣告讚不絕口，你覺得做行銷好潮，可以把握市場脈搏，縱情揮灑自己的創意；當你看到一位做房地產的朋友，每天和有錢人出入各種高檔會所，發著各種揮霍的貼文，你覺得做房地產好賺錢；當你看到一位快消人員全世界出差，在各種地方住五星級酒店，你覺得做快消好風光。
但你是否曾想過，你朝思暮想稱之為幸福的狀態，其實並不等於你表面看到的那樣簡單。別人所吃的苦，可能是早就開始每天只睡三個小時，從N年前的資料查到昨天，一點點的做著細緻無比的分析；別人所吃的苦，是為了去爭取一個客戶，和農民工擠在一輛臥鋪大巴車上，冒著被偷被搶被撞車的風險，一邊敲郵件，一邊環顧周圍詫異的眼神；別人所吃的苦，是為了一套更合理更系統的管理方法，而不斷的和各個領導去磨合，去詢問，去思考；別人所吃的苦，是為了簽下一個大訂單，自己一個人在他鄉，看著別人世界中的團圓，裝飾著自己的相思夢；別人所吃的苦，是為了一個上市項目，在三天之內自學幾十萬字的材料，讓自己在三天之內從一個門外漢變成一個行家；他也曾許多次摔倒在泥土裡，甚至讓別人從自己的身體上踩過去。
別人取得成功的榮耀，只因為他是一個懂得吃苦的人，能夠承擔得起那種厚重的壓力。在他辛勤工作的身影背後，積累出洋溢的才華。

想要讓自己在職場上成為不可或缺的一分子，讓老闆不能沒有你，該怎麼做？

1.挑沒人要做的事下手：
愈困難、愈複雜、愈麻煩的工作愈沒有人要做，但這正是你表現的機會，更是你證明自己價值的好時機。
2.擁有雙語能力：
多一項語言能力，需要的時候，便可緊急派上用場。
3.讓客戶愛上你：
如果你的客戶看重你，你的老闆自然也會看重你。
4.熟悉最新科技：
現在任何的工作都脫離不了科技，你必須熟悉最新的科技發展、最新的產品以及應用，懂得如何善用科技產品和技術，改善工作流程與效率，對你在職場的價值絕對是加分。
5.排除問題：
除了知道最新科技發展之外，一旦這些技術或產品出現問題，你若有能力解決，就更能凸顯自己的不可替代性。
6.練好寫作與口說能力：
不論你從事何種工作，都需要大量的寫作（例如撰寫報告或企劃書）和演講或簡報的機會，練好這兩項能力，因為這是表現自己的最直接方法。
7.讓別人放心：
說到做到、準時出席會議與完成工作，讓老闆可以很放心地把工作交給你，不用擔心你會搞砸。
8.別當濫好人：
成為老闆不可或缺的人才，不代表你必須全年無休地接受老闆指派下來的所有工作。凡事仍要有合理的界線，若過於不合理，你還是應該要向老闆反應。
9.保持正面思考：
沒有人喜歡和愛發牢騷、愛抱怨的人一起工作，調整自己的心態，保持正向的思考與態度，否則只會葬送自己的發展機會。
【寄語】
親愛的朋友，如果老天善待你，給了你優越的生活，請不要收斂了自己的鬥志；如果老天對你百般設障，更請不要磨滅了對自己的信心和向前奮鬥的勇氣。
當你想要放棄了，一定要想想那些睡得比你晚、起得比你早、跑得比你賣力、天賦還比你高的牛人，他們早已在晨光中跑向那個你永遠只能眺望的遠方。
只要你有一顆永遠向上的心，你終究會到達那屬於你自己心的方向。
所以，請不要在最能吃苦的時候選擇安逸，既然夢想成為那個別人無法企及的自我，就應該付出別人無法企及的努力。
