想要超越自我、開啟美好的人際溝通，請看以下「溝通十箴言」：
1、真誠表達內心的感受：
真誠地說出自己的想法、感情與期望。
「人口中所結的果子，必充滿肚腹；他嘴所出的，必使他飽足。」
2、請避免負面情緒：
請停止批評、不責備、不抱怨、不攻擊。
「多言多語難免有過；禁止嘴唇是有智慧。」
「謹守口的，得保生命；大張嘴的，必致敗亡。」
3、請尊重彼此：
彼此尊重是人際溝通的基石，若一方出現不尊重的言行時，就很難溝通下去。
「往來傳舌的，洩漏密事；大張嘴的不可與他結交‧」
4、不口出惡言：
絕不以惡言傷人。
「隱藏怨恨的，有說謊的嘴；口出讒謗的，是愚妄的人。」
5、非禮勿言：
溝通不能夠信口雌黃、口無遮攔。
「愚昧人張嘴啟爭端，開口招鞭打。」
6、氣頭上不要溝通：
生氣時不易作出正確的決定，情緒性溝通常無好話。
「愚昧人的口，自取敗壞；他的嘴，是他生命的網羅。」
7、維持理性的溝通：
不理性只有爭執，其結果對溝通無濟於事。
「到愚昧人面前，不見他嘴中有知識。」
8、說錯話真誠認錯：
若自知說錯話、做錯事，在無可彌補的傷害尚未造成時，認錯道歉。承認己錯是溝通的消毒劑，可解凍、改善、解套人際溝通問題。
「遮掩自己罪過的，必不亨通；承認離棄罪過的，必蒙憐恤。」
9、以愛與智慧為名：
愛，是最偉大的治療師，智慧使人不故步自封、固執己見。
「溫良的舌，是生命樹；乖謬的嘴，使人心碎。」
10、耐心等待成果：
若人際關係尚無轉機，需要耐心等待；急躁，欲速不達。
良好的人際關係成果不會從天上掉下來，還是需要靠自己合宜的表現努力去爭取。
「明哲人嘴裡有智慧；無知人背上受刑杖。」
從今天起，讓我們善用溝通十箴言，讓溝通無障礙。

有情天地，總瀰漫著濃濃地人情味……
在國光號的台中站，有一輛往台北的國光號要開了……
這時有一個婦人帶了一個5歲小孩上車，要他坐在司機後面的座位，
婦人並隔著窗子向小孩交待了一下，便跟司機說：
『司機先生，到新竹麻煩叫一下我小孩哦！謝謝！』
說完就自己離開了.

那時小朋友旁的位置坐了一個男同學。
車子開了不久，小男孩便對著旁邊的男同學說：『哥哥！哥哥！新竹到沒！』
男同學說：『乖！坐好，到了我會叫你．』

又過了不到十分鐘……『哥哥！哥哥！新竹到沒！』
那男同學又說：『還沒，到了我叫你好不好！』

又過了不到十分鐘：『哥哥！哥哥！』
『到了我會叫你！』男同學已經不耐煩。
>>
又過了十分鐘：『哥哥！哥哥！哥哥！』
那男同學假睡，不理小男孩，

小男孩轉向司機先生：『司機伯伯，新竹到沒！』
司機：『坐好坐好！到了我會跟你說』。

才過了不到五分鐘：『司機伯伯，新竹到沒！』
司機已經不耐煩：『到──了──我──會──叫──你！』
司機心還在想：『雖然是小孩這麼小不用車錢，也不能把他一個人丟在車上自己坐車啊！怎有這種母親．』
司機先生乾脆不理他，那小男孩終於乖乖的坐好不說話了。

過了不知多久，大家也都相安無事，……
司機突然大叫說：『哎呀！到桃園了！那小孩怎麼都沒提醒我！這下慘了！』

那男同學和車上的一些乘客也都嚇了一跳，
『對啊！怎麼辦……那小孩不吵我們倒也忘了』，

大家一番商討，又不忍心把他放在台汽桃園站讓南下的國光號再載小男孩回新竹，帶來帶去的，他那麼小，萬一丟了怎麼辦？
好在車上的客人也只剩了十多個，大家討論了以後，決定啟程回到新竹，把小男孩帶回到新竹再北上，車上的每個人都散發著慈愛的光芒，用關愛的眼神看著小男孩，於是車子又上高速公路回新竹……..

『弟弟，新竹到了哦！』
車上的每個人都微笑的把心裡一塊大石頭放下了，
這時小男孩高興的說：『新竹到了啊！』
說完便把身上的背包拿下來，拿出一個便當。

圍在他身邊的人都楞了一下，大家二丈金剛摸不著頭緒………
這時有一個老伯伯說了：『弟弟，新竹到了耶！』

那小男孩把頭抬起來說：
『我媽媽說，到了新竹就可以把便當拿起來吃了！』

頓時……全車一片驚恐！
那男同學用顫抖的聲音說：『那..你..到..底..要..去..那….?』
小男孩說：『台北啊~』
