生薑的食療

生薑祛病保健的方法由來已久。吃過生薑後，人會有身體發熱的感覺，這是因為它能使血管擴張，血液迴圈加快，促使身上的毛孔張開，這樣不但能把多餘的熱帶走，同時還把體內的病菌、寒氣一同帶出。所以，當身體吃了寒涼之物，受了雨淋，或在空調房間裡呆久後，吃生薑就能及時排除寒氣，消除因肌體寒重造成的各種不適。
所以，專家認為生薑能溫暖身體、促進血液循環、改善虛寒癥狀，對減輕體重、預防感冒、防治夏季腸胃病、開胃健脾、治療腳氣、治口臭、牙周炎、治療失眠等，具有非常好的功效。
一、“男子不可百日無薑”
薑含揮發性薑油酮和薑油酚，有活血、祛寒、除濕、發汗之功特別是薑具有利膽、健胃止嘔、辟腥臭、消水腫的作用，與蜂蜜合用對肝病恢復有益。
中醫認為，薑是助陽之品，於是自古以來中醫素有“男子不可百日無薑”之語。現代臨床藥理學研究發現，薑具有加快人體新陳代謝、抗炎鎮痛、同時興奮人體多個系統的功能,還能調節男性前列腺的機能，治療中老年男性前列腺疾病以及性功能障礙，因此，薑常被用於男性保健。
不僅如此，乾薑入菜也能治療腎虛陽痿。現小編推薦一款有益男性健康的藥膳，簡單易烹。取雄鯉魚1尾(約500克)，乾薑、枸杞子各10克。取鯉魚肚內之魚G(雄魚腹中白色果凍樣物質，為雄魚精囊腺)，加入乾薑、枸杞子同煎。煮開，加料酒、鹽、味精適量調味即成。空腹時服食，隔日吃1次，連服5日。
乾薑溫中散寒，健胃活血，枸杞子滋補肝腎，益精明目，此藥膳可以治療由於腎陽虛衰引起的陽痿、畏寒肢冷、腰疼、腰膝酸軟、倦怠等。
二、女子吃薑保安康
古藥書雲“生薑辛溫，行陽分而祛寒發表，宣肺氣而解鬱調中，暢胃口而開痰下食，治傷寒頭痛、傷風鼻塞、胸壅痰隔、寒痛濕瀉，清水氣、行血痹。”、“炮薑辛苦大熱，除胃寒而守中，溫經止血，定嘔消痰，去臟腑沉寒痼冷……”
中醫常用薑作佐藥使藥。產後女子坐月子餐餐以薑醋佐膳，省內各地皆然，生薑或佐以豬腳雞蛋豬腸加烏醋鹽糖煲，或切成薑茸佐雞蛋糖醋蒸，皆取其藥效，適宜于產婦體質復原，也有利於餵養嬰孩者。
另外，煲薑水洗浴也可防風濕頭痛。廣州的天氣比較濕熱，尤其是在夏天，如果一個月不洗頭，不但不衛生，還可能造成皮膚發炎、長痱子。廣州人產後喜用薑片煲水洗頭洗澡，甚至洗臉洗手，是有科學根據的。因為薑片可以驅寒，用薑煲水進行洗浴，可以防風濕和偏頭痛。
三、生薑堪比還魂草
生薑堪比「還魂草」，可惜99%的人竟然只會拿它當佐料！…
研究證明，生薑含薑辣素、芳香醇、薑烯、水芳烯、茨烯、氨基酸、尼克酸、檸檬酸、抗壞血酸、蛋白質、脂肪、硫胺素、核黃素、胡蘿蔔素、粗纖維素及鈣、鐵、磷等，具有較高的營養價值。
生薑具有特殊的辣味和香味，可調味添香，是生活中不可缺少的調配菜，可做腥味較強的魚肉之調配菜，可生食、熟食，可醃漬、鹽漬、醋漬，可加工成薑汁、薑粉、薑酒、薑乾，可提煉製作香料的原料。
生薑甘辛而溫，具有散寒發汗、溫胃止吐、殺菌鎮痛、抗炎之功效，還能舒張毛細血管，增強血液迴圈，興奮腸胃，幫助消化。
鮮薑可用於“風寒邪熱、傷寒頭痛、鼻塞、咳逆止氣、止嘔、祛痰下氣”。
乾薑適於“寒冷腹痛、中惡霍亂、脹滿、風邪消毒、皮膚間結氣、止唾血”。民間在生活實踐和醫療實踐中，逐步摸索出許多用生薑治病的驗方，而且具有良好療效。
生薑的不同用法：
1.受涼感冒：用生薑3～4片加半勺紅糖煮水喝，一日2～3次。
2.感冒伴有咳嗽：生薑3～4片、大蒜7～8瓣加紅糖半勺一起煮，一日2～3次。
3.感冒伴有發熱：在生薑、紅糖水中再加入大蔥1根，一次2～3次。
4.吃過食物後腹脹：可直接口含生薑片，或喝生薑水，一會兒就能緩解。
5.受涼引起腹瀉：用燒開的生薑水沖雞蛋，一日2～3次，很快就好，腹瀉停止後再喝一天，以鞏固療效，暖胃腸。
6.空調房間後呆久後引起的渾身發緊，頭發脹：隨時口含生薑片或每天在用2～3片生薑泡水喝，身體的不適馬上消除。
7.口腔潰瘍、牙周炎、口臭、喉嚨發癢：口含生薑片或煮生薑水喝就能治癒，以後只要不吃寒涼食物，就不會復發。
8.咽喉腫痛：在熱薑水中加入少許的食鹽，當茶飲用。
9.孕期嘔吐：經常口含一片生薑就能治療和預防。
10.治療失眠：如果你常常失眠，廚房中有一些調料對治失眠有很大的幫助，物別是洋蔥和生薑的氣味有安神的作用。將15克左右的生薑切碎，用紗布包裹置於枕邊，聞其芳香氣味，便可安然入睡。
11.消化不良、食欲不振：生薑和紅棗（切片）一起煮水喝，一日2次，就能開胃。
12.關節痛：每天早上起床後吃幾片生薑或者煮薑棗水喝，一日3次堅持吃能明顯緩解關節的疼痛。
13.痛經：在生薑、紅糖水裡再加入2～3粒山楂，一日2～3次即好。
14.酒後頭痛、頭暈：可用生薑煮水喝，可消化體內酒精，馬上緩解。
15.手腳已生凍瘡但未破潰：可用生薑煮水泡手、泡腳。
16.長痱子：用生薑切片外擦，痱子很快就退，大人孩子都可用。
17.頭屑多、掉髮：經常用溫薑水洗頭，效果不錯可試試。
18.狐臭：每天用生薑片多擦幾次，能明顯減少臭味。
19.腳臭：熱薑水中加點鹽和醋，浸泡雙腳15分鐘左右，腳臭便可消除。
20.牙周炎：先用熱薑水清洗牙石，然後以熱薑水代茶飲用，一般6次左右即可消除炎症。
另外，蒜頭及老薑皆是「廉價靈芝」，好處多多!
老薑對身體很有益處，愛美又想要健康的人，不妨試試看吧！
薑湯做法：
- 約十公克的薑磨成糊狀。
- 把薑糊放入玻璃杯裡。
- 注入滾燙的熱開水。
- 加入一匙蜂蜜，拌勻後飲用。
- 男女老少都適合飲用。
老薑切片或拍碎煮黑糖，功效一樣！
若能連續喝兩個月 （每天早晨入浴前各喝一次）的效用：
(1) 身體變溫暖，手腳冰冷的『怕冷症』體質明顯改善。
(2) 體重可減輕約十公斤。
(3) 皮膚變得細嫩。
(4) 去掉多餘贅肉，腰圍變細。
