一、主食篇
1、讓米飯更香
煮飯的時候在米飯中加幾滴醋，煮出來的飯更香，而且還能防餿!
或者在米飯中加入一點鹽，少許豬油，煮出來的米飯香氣四溢~
煮飯用開水煮，快熟兼保住營養不流失~
2、陳米變新米
隔夜飯有異味?加點鹽水就可以啦~
陳米加點精鹽或燒熱放涼後的花生油，立馬煮出新米的味道。
放置時間過長的陳米，煮的時候加點啤酒，煮出來的米飯如同香米
一樣爽口~
3、煮麵不粘連
煮麵條、餃子時，往鍋里加點鹽，麵條不易爛糊。
煮麵、粥的時候往鍋里加幾滴香油，不怕粘鍋和溢鍋。
二、蔬菜篇
1、蔬菜更鮮嫩
想要蔬菜更翠綠好看，可以在烹調的時候加點食用小蘇打或鹽
炒蔬菜不宜加冷水，加開水炒出來的青菜又鮮又嫩!
2、藕片不發黑
一邊炒一邊加些清水，能防止藕變黑。
3、茄子不氧化
茄子切開後要立即下鍋或放入水中，不然茄子會被氧化成黑色!
炒茄子時適量放些醋，炒出來的茄子顏色不會發黑~
4、涼菜更香
拌涼菜的時候加一點啤酒，涼菜的味道會更好更香哦~
5、豆腐更美味
豆腐放在開水裡浸潤十分鐘，這樣可清除豆味和鹹味~
燒豆腐時，加少許豆腐乳或汁，味道芳香!
三、禽蛋肉篇
1、雞蛋更鬆軟
煎雞蛋時，在蛋黃快凝固時澆一點冷開水，煎出的蛋又黃又嫩~
炒雞蛋時，一個蛋加一湯匙溫水攪勻，不僅不會炒老，而且炒出
的量多，鬆軟可口。
2、肉湯更香
煮肉時，如果想使湯味鮮美，應該把肉放進冷水中慢慢煮~
如果想使肉味鮮美，則應該把肉放在熱水中煮~
3、炒肉更嫩
炒肉出鍋加點醋，肉會更鮮嫩，不會有酸味~
炒牛肉片前，用啤酒醃制30分鐘，牛肉更鮮香~
4、魚肉更鮮美
待蒸鍋的水開了以後再上蒸籠，能使魚內部鮮汁不外流，熟後味道
更鮮美~
四、湯篇
1、魚湯更鮮
要燉出一鍋好魚湯，一定要用冷水喲~
喝濃湯要大火燉，喝清湯則用小火~
魚煎過後再煮才會變白湯，而且要雙面煎~
2、雞湯別加水
熬雞湯時，中途切勿加冷水，這樣會影響雞湯營養和味道~
3、骨湯更營養
加1小匙醋，可使骨頭中的磷、鈣溶解于湯中，並可保存湯中的維生素~
4、湯太膩
熬排骨湯時，放入幾塊新鮮桔皮，不僅味道鮮美，還可減少油膩感
5、湯太鹹
湯太鹹，不要加水，放點豆腐、土豆或番茄立馬解決~
