1、我們為什麼要聘用你？（測試你的沉靜與自信）
這是所有應徵者必先遇到的問題，必須以積極、正面的答案回答，最重要是說明此工作可活用自己的專長。要有禮貌的回答：讓對方感受到你的企圖心與自信心—“我相信我能做好這份工作、我想得到這份工作＂。
2、為什麼你想到這裏來工作？（這應該是你喜愛的題目）
知己知彼，對這家公司事前進行了大量的資料準備，歸納幾個原因，最好是簡短而切合實際的。
3、這個職位最吸引你的是什麼？（這是一個表現你對這個公司、這份工作看法的機會）
無工作經驗的人可以針對自己被這份工作吸引，以及關心的地方回答，如：
“工作性質適合自己”之類。
有工作經驗者倘若能提出這份工作與眾不同之處，主管多會極感興趣的。
回答應使主考者確認你具備他要求的職業素質。
4、你是否喜歡你老闆的職位？（夭壽問題）
回答當然是“YES，如你不滿意，可補充：
”當我有這個工作能力時，希望跟著我老闆一起升遷吧＂。
5、你是否願意接受公司派駐你去的任何地方？
如果你回答“NO，你可能會因此而失掉這份工作，
記住：先上車、後補票，凡事好商量。
6、你有和這份工作相關的訓練或品質嗎？
說明要短，舉兩、三個最重要的品質，要有事實依據。
7、你將會在這家公司呆多久？（又是夭壽問題）
回答這樣的問題，你該持有一種明確的態度，即：
“我希望能一直在這裏繼續貢獻和完善自己，伴著公司一起成長＂。
8、什麼是你最大的成就？
準備一兩個成功的小故事。
9、你能提供一些參考證明嗎？
你該備好一些相關的、整潔的文件，並附有現在的電話和位址。
10、從現在開始算，未來的五年，你自己想成為什麼樣子？
告知你事業的目標，回答一定要得體，根據你的能力和經歷。
11、誰曾經給你最大的影響？
選一個名字即可，最好是你過去的老師等，再簡短準備幾句說明為什麼。
12、導致你成功的因素是什麼？
回答要短，讓面試官自己去探究，比如只一句話：
“我喜歡挑戰性工作。＂
13、你的優點是什麼？
為瞭解求職者如何客觀分析自己，並測試其表達與組織能力。除個人說法外，加上親友的觀點可增加說服力，應避免抽象的陳述，而以具體的自身經歷為主，使內容更具吸引力。
14、談談人際關係生活經驗？
面試官想從你的性向和興趣中解析，你的應對能力及對事情決斷能力的技巧，通常問題不外乎：
“遇到與朋友衝突的時候，你怎麼處理？”、
“與主管意見相左的時候，而你認為你才是對的，你會用什麼方式讓主管接受？”。
15、為什麼辭去前一份工作？
此時如果一味批評以前的工作，便很難被錄用。
例如可說明是為了“實現自我”之類了話語。
此外，無工作經驗者則可對應徵公司的性質，表現出十分興趣。
16、過去的工作經歷如何？
社會新鮮人可儘量提出所有打工或兼職的經驗，甚至曾義務幫助過學校，其他團體或親朋好友的工作經驗皆可補充，最好能具體說明工作的內容及擔任此職位的年資，並進一步說明在此職位上所扮演的角色，若有實際的成果可一起說明。
17、談談在工作上接受挫敗的經驗？
每一位幹練的工作者，都不免要接受挫敗的挑戰。挫折容忍力是面談中必須考驗的一項，這時回答可以是積極的，例如從中學到教訓，努力找出原因，終於把事情做好等；那麼就會得到較好的分數。
18、你認為本行業發展如何？
主要是瞭解求職者對產業現況的理解及展望，針對無經驗者則試探其投入意願與關心程度，不須有太獨特的見解，只須表達正確的意見。如果是同業的轉職者，不只須掌握業界的方向，尚須加入個人見解。
19、你要求最低的薪金是多少？（這是必不可少的問題，因為你和你的面試官出於不同考慮，都十分關心它）
針對待遇問題以清楚明確答復最佳，“依公司規定”可能被誤認為缺乏自信而非謙虛。客觀歸納個人年齡、經驗、能力，再依產業別、公司規模等客觀資料，提出合理的數字，而附帶說明提高待遇的理由是必要的。
若無把握，可不做正面回答。只強調你最感興趣的是這個機遇和挑戰並存的工作，避免討論經濟上的報酬，直到你被雇用為止。
20、你還有什麼問題嗎？
假如你說“沒有（心裏想著終於結束了，長長吐了口氣），那才是犯了一個大錯誤。這往往被理解為你對該公司、對這份工作沒有太深厚的興趣；
其次，從最實際的考慮出發，你難道不想聽話聽音敲打一下面試官，推斷一下自己入圍有幾成希望？
所以，你必須回答“當然＂。你要表達想瞭解更多關於這家公司、這次面試、這份工作的資訊。例如：
（1）為什麼這個職位要公開招聘？
（2）本公司（這個部門）最大的挑戰是什麼？
（3）本公司的長遠目標和戰略計畫您能否用一兩句話簡要為我介紹一下？
（4）本公司考慮這個職位上供職的人應具有什麼素質？
（5）決定雇用的時間大致期限要多久？
（6）關於我的資格與能力問題，您還有什麼要問的嗎？
21、你何時可以上班？
若是應屆畢業生的話，一錄取即可上班是最理想的回答。
但一邊工作一邊做轉業打算的情形相當普遍，衡量說服上司批准離職、工作交接等問題，做出較充裕的時間為宜。
若時間拿捏不准致延後報到，可能對新公司造成困擾，說明現況，將報到時間訂在一個月之內應不為過。
