品味咖啡禮儀

品嚐咖啡不但是要用舌頭的味覺去感受，還要享受留在口裡的芳醇，除此之外，還要看喝咖啡時周遭所塑造的情境…等。所以品嚐咖啡是一件非常微妙的事情，它也是優質生活美學的一部份。
不論如何喝法，品嚐咖啡是有一些禮儀和講究的。
喝一杯咖啡，如同品茶或品酒那樣，有個循序漸進的過程，以達到放鬆和享受的目的。一般品味咖啡的禮儀如下:
1、如何倒咖啡
品嚐美味咖啡時，要注意適當的份量。
喝咖啡不像喝酒或果汁，一滿杯的咖啡，光看了就失去喝的興趣。一般都到七、八分滿為適量。
份量適中的咖啡不僅會刺激味覺，喝完後也不會有膩的感覺，且令人回味無窮。
2、如何拿咖啡杯
在餐後飲用的咖啡，一般都是用袖珍型的杯子盛出。這種杯子的杯耳較小，手指無法穿出去。但即使用較大的杯子，也不要用手指穿過杯耳再端杯子。
咖啡杯的正確拿法，應是拇指和食指捏住杯把，再將杯子端起。
3、如何加糖
咖啡加糖時，砂糖可用咖啡匙舀取，直接加入杯內；也可先用糖夾子把方糖夾在咖啡碟的近身一側，再用咖啡匙把方糖加在杯子裡。
如果直接用糖夾子或手把方糖放入杯內，有時可能會使咖啡濺出，從而弄髒衣服或桌布。
4、如何用咖啡匙
咖啡匙是專門用來攪咖啡的，飲用咖啡時應當把咖啡匙取出來。
品嚐咖啡時，不要用咖啡匙舀咖啡一匙、一匙地慢慢喝，也不要用咖啡匙來搗碎杯中的方糖。
5、如何使用杯碟
盛放咖啡的杯碟都是特製的。它們應當放在飲用者的正面或者右側，杯耳應指向右方。
飲咖啡時，可以用右手拿著咖啡的杯耳，左手輕輕托著咖啡碟，慢慢地移向嘴邊輕啜。
不宜滿把握杯、大口吞嚥，也不宜俯首去就咖啡杯。
喝咖啡時，不要發出聲響。
添加咖啡時，不要把咖啡杯從咖啡碟中拿起來。
6、如何用點心
有時飲咖啡可以吃一些點心，但不要一手端著咖啡杯，一手拿著點心，吃一口、喝一口地交替進行。
飲咖啡時應當放下點心，吃點心時則放下咖啡杯。
7、咖啡太熱時
品嚐咖啡時，若喝到半冷的咖啡，這時不管咖啡豆的品質有多好，或沖泡技巧是如何的高明，都會讓咖啡的味道大打折扣，所以 “趁熱喝”是品嚐美味咖啡的必要條件。
即使是在夏季的大熱天裏，也應喝熱的咖啡，因為咖啡冰涼時，它的風味就會降低，所以沖泡咖啡時，為了不使咖啡的味道降低，要事先將咖啡杯在開水中沖熱。咖啡的適當溫度在沖泡的剎那為攝氏83℃，倒入杯中時為80℃，而到口中時的溫度為61-62℃，最為理想。
剛剛煮好的咖啡太熱，可以用咖啡匙在杯中輕輕攪拌使之冷卻，或者等待其自然冷卻，然後再飲用。用嘴試圖去把咖啡吹涼，是很不優雅的動作。
