騰訊走生態模式思路

騰訊董事會主席兼首席執行官馬化騰於美東時間2017年10月25日參訪康奈爾科技學院，首次透露了騰訊的兩點戰略——科技和文化。
一、騰訊的科技戰略
由於移動互聯網的快速崛起，加上移動支付，如支付寶、微信支付的普及，帶來了大量的O2O的創新，比如說滴滴打車、共用打車、外賣、移動充電…等，使傳統企業面臨挑戰。
甚至，已激勵很多傳統行業轉型移動互聯網化，比如線下零售、教育、醫院等都變成了互聯網+。
現在全球的革命已由電氣化轉變為數位化革命，未來工業經濟也會變成數位經濟，未來很多的行業都會和數位融合，很多行業都必須融入互聯網和共用經濟。
所以，馬化騰認為未來所有企業都和IT科技緊密有關，沒有科技的公司必將被淘汰。對於未來所有的企業發展的趨勢，他認為都是在雲端、用AI、處理大資料，這是必然方向。
人工智慧（AI）可通過提升用戶體驗、加強精准定向技術及賦能生態系統合作夥伴的方式，讓騰訊的業務受益。在2017年11月8日的騰訊全球合作夥伴大會上，騰訊還首次公佈了其在AI領域的整體佈局：
目前騰訊AI包含“研究—場景—開放”的三層架構，落地了社交、內容、遊戲、醫療、零售、金融、安防、翻譯等八大場景。
例如，智慧語音設備的快速擴展可以促使協力廠商技能和應用的生態系統加快形成，有助於引導用戶消費需求，從而實現增值收入。
以亞馬遜為例，亞馬遜在2014年推出Echo後，就宣佈將Alexa系統開放給協力廠商，不但包括智慧家居軟體的開發人，也包括智慧家居硬體製造商。如今，Alexa已經成為許多智慧硬體產品的標配，開拓了全新的作業系統，為亞馬遜進入移動互聯網市場開闢了新入口。2015年8月正式向協力廠商開放的Alexa，目前接入的硬體品類已經超過7000種，產品品類從電器、手機到機器人、汽車資訊娛樂系統，品牌涵蓋了LG、華為、GE、福特、大眾、聯想等等。半年時間內，亞馬遜讓Alexa平臺的接入數量增長了6000家。
騰訊雲小微也看到了智慧語音這一AI場景入口，但目前全球範圍內，智慧語音的賽道已十分擁擠。而小微的對標產品是亞馬遜的Alexa，但是Alexa平臺的開放已經比小微領先兩年時間。
但騰訊認為，騰訊擁有獨特的內容生態，其優勢在於社交的能力以及對應的個性化大資料分析，在內容生態上，騰訊一定會比其他家做得好一些。例如帶有大量版權的內容，如QQ音樂、企鵝 FM、QQ 閱讀、騰訊動漫、視頻、還有騰訊文學（閱文集團是中國最大的文學版權方）
。
另在AI開放上，騰訊也在借助行業AI技術賦能合作夥伴，全面推動AI產業化。例如，8月初，騰訊正式發佈了AI醫學影像產品——騰訊覓影，其中的早期食管癌智慧篩查系統，篩查一個內鏡檢查用時不到4秒，對早期食管癌的發現準確率高達90%。目前中山大學附屬腫瘤醫院、廣東省第二人民醫院等已成為首批合作機構。
馬化騰表示，AI具有戰略意義，騰訊會持續進行投資，以加強在機器學習、計算器視覺、語音辨識及自然語言處理等領域的技術能力。
談及AI未來的投資方向，馬化騰認為，AI教育這個領域會有很大的發展，這是一個大未來。另外，AI醫療方面也很有前景。
二、騰訊的文化戰略
但是，馬化騰也認為：“無論AI和科技怎麼進步，文化都是無法代替的。哪怕未來技術會大量替代人類的工作和技能，人類大腦對於內容、文化的思考和創新是無法被替代的，因此騰訊必須同時關注這兩點。”
三、騰訊改走生態模式思路
對於騰訊來說，它將重點專注於科技加文化，以生態合作方式來做其他細分領域，京東做電商，搜狗做搜索，滴滴做打車，速食O2O美團做，都是戰略投資合作方，術業有專攻。
馬化騰表示，以前騰訊是帝國心態，什麼都是自己控制，不跟別人合作，但發展到一定規模，發展模式遇到瓶頸後，已改變了思路改走生態合作模式。通過合作和助力的方式，支援生態裡的合作夥伴發展。
騰訊將借助騰訊雲和AI開放平臺向各行各業，向所有的合作夥伴開放這些AI技術能力。同時，騰訊不僅希望自己發展AI技術，也推動了AI加速器，希望能夠幫助國內外的AI創業團隊大家都共同成長。騰訊希望通過連接智慧化、內容生態化、技術雲化和所有的合作夥伴一起攜手打造一個共生共贏的數字生態共同體。
2018年5月28日，騰訊董事會主席兼首席執行官馬化騰在貴陽數博會上發表演講，他認為數位化將創新地提高每個人的生活品質。流動的資料、開放的網路和智慧的系統是數位新生態必不可少的組成。
總結，騰訊未來的戰略是2個詞：科技加文化，實踐上，騰訊的策略是做好兩個半：第一個是做通信和社交，第二個做數位內容。
剩下的“半”有兩個含義——一個“半”是指還不太成熟，主要指互聯網+方面；還有一個半是指“半條命”。
騰訊指出，有些業務是靠這個生態裡其他合作夥伴生存的，比如O2O、交通出行、電子商務、搜尋引擎等，之後全部都給到合作夥伴，騰訊自己做的事情已經太多了，不要再競爭了，騰訊的定位是支持他們、賦能他們。
