這個世界正在發生啥事？

5、AI正在剝奪人類的工作機會
凡此種種，人類的路，未來要如何走下去？
殷鑑不遠，我們是否可以藉由百年來，全球流通業發展的軌跡，找出人類的出路？
一、原始的【以物易物】交易方法
誰說交易一定要金錢，以物易物即是一種原始的交易方法！
在人類學會使用「貨幣」作交易媒介之前，人已經懂得以物易物方法。
亦即使用自己擁有的物品或服務，與別人交換，以換取別人的物品或服務。
（一）價值V.S價格
交易之目的，在換取別人擁有的、對自己有價值的物品或服務。
但價值不等於價格，還記得「物稀為貴」的道理嗎？
■【價格】是您付出的……、【價值】是您獲得的……
例如，您是否確定手中的“加密貨幣”是不是【價值】那個【價格】？
如同
美元的價格是【市場供需】決定的…
美元的價值是【美國的國力】加持的…
自從，美國總統尼克森霸王式宣佈【美元與黃金兌換脫鉤】……
強勢美元的背影，就從來不是來自美元【價值】(國力)的回升，莫忘了【美國國債已超過31.4兆美元】……如今，美元的【價值】也只能以軍武當後盾，以油元為側翼，來鞏固您的信念……
而每波美元價格強勢的原因，從來都是來自美國Fed【操縱美元供需】，讓美元【價格】漲跌的。
52年前，當尼克森在1971年8月宣佈廢除「金本位」，那時美元與1盎斯黃金的固定兌換比率為40：1。
到2023年4月，美元的【價格】，與1盎斯黃金的兌換比率則在2047：1。
50多年來，美元超發的貶值力道近50倍。您敢再持有美元50年嗎？
（二）供給創造和需求引導
以物易物即在「供給」和「需求」的基礎上，運用「交換」，得到「消費的滿足」。做為一個成功的行銷人員，必須善用手上資源，創造供給和引導需求（發現價值），以提升「交換」價格。
■例如，曾有一個加拿大失業部落客凱爾，花了一年多時間，和14次轉手交易，就用一根普通的紅色迴紋針，換到了一棟在加拿大吉卜林市，價值約5萬美元的房子。
他解釋，一樣東西對不同的人、不同狀況，價值都不一樣，能換到的東西也不同。換句話說，同一樣東西，對某一個人是垃圾，對另一個人卻是珍寶。
這是一個成功的行銷案例，一開始他就在網路上貼出告示，他把交換變成一個有趣、讓人都會想參與的故事，並在網路上發揮口耳相傳的宣傳效果。
當他成為了媒體寵兒，主動出擊，用媒體替自己的交換加值加持。在他眼中，價值的創造，似乎沒有極限。
（三）工作的意義

二、【零售業】的本質
從市集的形成，到批發市場、商店街、到零售業態的演進，似乎一直在滿足人類社會消費需求及生活方式的改變與選擇。
零售業是指以向最終消費者提供所需商品及其附帶服務為主的行業。
零售（英語：Retail）來自古法文retaillier（現代法文retailler），在1935年為割、剪、削、分裂等剪裁的方式之一。
（一）零售業是每一個國家最古老的行業之一，也是每一個國家最重要的行業之一。例如，零售業的每一次變革和進步，都帶來了人們「生活方式」的升級。
（二）零售業也是反映一個國家和地區經濟運行狀況的晴雨錶。國民經濟是否協調發展、社會與經濟結構是否合理，首先在流通領域，特別是在消費品市場上表現出來。例如，當下「擴大內需」成為推動大陸經濟成長的重中之重！
（三）零售業也是一個國家和地區的主要就業管道。由於零售業對勞動就業的突出貢獻，很多國家甚至把扶持、發展零售業作為解決就業問題的一項經濟政策。
例如，當下「去全球化」即美國想解決貧富不均的解方，但對症下藥了嗎？
（四）現代零售業是高投資與高科技相結合的產業（例如無人商店、移動互聯網電商）。現在，零售商們運用著最先進的電腦和各種通信技術，對變化中的消費需求迅速做出反應。例如，當「精準行銷」盛行，但符合ESG的潮流了嗎？
■案例﹕杭州靈隱寺的「慈杯」咖啡
杭州靈隱寺有賣一款咖啡，取各「慈杯」咖啡，很有意境，賣爆了，請排隊！
「慈杯」咖啡有很多口味可挑選，例如，滌煩、墨白、停雪、菩提、禪初、靜悟、拈花、忘機、觀自在……提供滿滿地「情緒價值」。值得一提，若你下不了決定，可挑「隨緣」，有一盲盒，讓你隨機抽上述口味，過程充滿了趣味性！
「慈杯」咖啡杯身尚有一創意，有一標籤可撕開，其內有「福」字箴言，曰「接福」。話說到此，有誰在意「慈杯」咖啡一杯賣多少錢？
這才是真正的「零售」之「神」！
總之，零售業態總是一直在變化，但萬變不離其宗，發現和引導顧客需求是唯一的不變的本質。亦即，零售業必須不斷進化、並成為迎合消費者生活方式升級的一種選擇。
■案例﹕統一超商7-ELEVEN轉型的一葉知秋
1、7-ELEVEN拓展多元跨業態品牌複合店
台灣連鎖超商龍頭統一超近年有三大發展目標，包括複合店、獨特商品和數位平台的發展。
其中，因應消費趨勢轉變，自 2008年起開始發展大店格、特色門市和店中店，在店鋪的規劃上，聚焦發展 48坪以上的大店格持續展店。目前多款複合店單店每月營業額可從目前近 8 萬元逐漸朝 10萬元目標成長邁進。
就商品面來看，針對毛利較高的鮮食產品，統一超力拚鮮食營收占比從2018年的 18.76% 提升至 2020 年 20%，主要動能來自與不同知名品牌的聯名商品推陳出新。
盤點統一超強打轉型複合店，跨業態合作，聯手打造多款店型，例如﹕
(1)跨業態合作，聯手打造品牌聯名店
繼2019年 3 月推出全球超商首創「品牌聯名店」(威京門市「可口可樂」聯名店、南京門市 「海尼根」聯名店和日內瓦門市 「瑪莎拉蒂」聯名店)造成轟動後，又再發表「卡娜赫拉的小動物」和「Lay’s 樂事」聯名店，展現 40 坪以上大型店的創新經營思維，力拚成觀光打卡熱點，為既有店增添新成長動能。
目前推出的「可口可樂」、「海尼根」和「瑪莎拉蒂」品牌聯名店，將店內營造成美式餐廳、餐酒館和超跑精品店，有別於一般門市的全新型態購物體驗，成功帶動單店來客數成長 20-30% 以上。其中，「瑪莎拉蒂」聯名門市中的展示品價值逾百萬元，相當吸睛。
而「卡娜赫拉的小動物」與「Lay’s 樂事」兩間品牌聯名店選在台北市上班族和觀光人潮眾多的南京商圈、西門町商圈，雙方籌備一年以上、耗資上百萬元打造，每間門市的設計概念和素材皆與國外原廠反覆討論，而主題是從門市外觀延伸到店內桌椅、地板、天花板和櫃台等細節設計，忠實傳達品牌的巧思與風格。
其中，「卡娜赫拉的小動物」聯名店以童話風格為主；而「Lay’s 樂事」品牌聯名店特別將店內貨架打造成「美式餐車」。
(2)攜手達美樂開複合店，搶攻速食商機
7-ELEVEN 在2018年發揮集團綜效，陸續推出 K.Seren、BEINGfit、21-TOGO、博客來、烘焙坊、糖果屋、生啤酒、精品咖啡與智販機等創新業態複合模組，「7-ELEVEN X 達美樂複合店」成為第十種複合型態。
自2018年5月攜手達美樂推出首間複合店型，7-ELEVEN 發現複合店的平均來客數與業績較一般門市成長 1 至 2 成。顯示多元型態，賦予門市更多樣貌及服務，可有效吸引來客及提升業績。
(3)統一超BEING fit健身房搶攻運動商機
統一超除持續推出結合科技、美妝、烘焙、閱讀、咖啡等業種的複合店型，為響應全民運動的熱潮，自2018年 6月推出 BEING fit 新世代健身房，首創超商與健身房複合經營，以按時計費、無需年費、免綁約的優勢，吸引許多消費者到店體驗。
同時發現這群運動愛好客偏好購買健康餐食，如：蒸地瓜、沙拉、雞肉等食物，讓消費者可同時滿足健康飲食與健身的需求。
7-ELEVENX BEING fit 新世代健身房挾著此股運動熱潮，又在台北、台中再擴點展店，針對住商混合的重點商圈，搶攻運動商機。台中地區除服務社區居民外，鄰近各大百貨商圈、商辦大樓、逢甲商圈、台中歌劇院等，更是台中交通休閒便利的交會點，此歐風門市更可同時滿足多元族群與各時段的運動需求。
(4) 7-ELEVEN搶攻「寵物商機」
7-ELEVEN 在2021年9月14日宣布，看好寵物市場新藍海，全台200家7-ELEVEN 門市已設置寵物專區，由於銷售表現熱絡，預計2021年底寵物專區門市將拓展至 500店。
統一超說明，店內寵物專區聚焦零食、罐頭、乾糧 4大結構，攜手網紅品牌汪喵星球和寵物公園導入人氣熱銷品項，無論店面規模大小均以專門店型態設計，依商圈需求販售 60-300款寵物商品。
(5)各地特色超商打卡名店
7-ELEVEN指出，北部近期完工的「景鑫門市」從座位區從天花板到牆面都設計成粉彩點心風格，適合網美拍照打卡；台中則是推薦 1 月初開幕的「港務門市」，因附近有新開幕的三井 outlet，預計連假將吸引大批遊逛人潮。
雲林的「麥豐門市」，配合隔壁鎮南宮供奉的玄天上帝，具備全台第一個「Q 版神明 3D 彩繪牆」；而南台灣以「亞新灣門市」最有話題，門市二樓座位區挑高 7 米，搭配加上長廊、城市壁畫等設計。
(6) 7-ELEVEN積極耕耘「商場經營」，啟動日月潭水社綜合商場營運
7-ELEVEN積極耕耘「商場經營」，宣告「日月潭水社綜合商場」試營運，而旗下國道仁德服務區也於農曆年前全面改裝完成。
7-ELEVEN 指出，看好國內交通路網持續擴大，積極耕耘車站周邊商場經營，全台台鐵、高鐵、機場、捷運、交通轉運站和周邊商場等，共設置有50 多家 7-ELEVEN 門市。
統一超「日月潭水社綜合商場」加入營運後，目前經營的商場已達 53個，統一超說明，旗下商場類型包括觀光景點、交通轉運、大專院校、醫療院所、科技廠辦、國際機場、商辦大樓共七大類，一年服務人次約超過 6000萬，其中，國道服務區有泰安服務區、仁德服務區兩大據點。
(7) 7-ELEVEN首開「小型精品百貨」優質生活館店型
統一集團2021年10月6日發表了全新規劃的「統一集團優質生活館」，進駐統一企業、7-ELEVEN 和康是美近百個品牌，定位為「小型精品百貨」。此店型坪數逼近 300 坪，希望提供消費者更寬敞的空間和一條龍式消費服務。
統一企業集團說明，統一優質生活館是重新思考如何提供消費者方便、一條龍購足服務，單一型態零售業已無法滿足消費者，因此，未來展店也將跳脫原本的思考模式，但並未設定展店目標。
統一集團優質生活館全台首店位於高雄鳳山區，以「零售 + 體驗」為核心定位，展演美麗、健康、餐飲、休閒、娛樂等整合體驗。
店內導入統一旗下星巴克、Mister Donut、COLD STONE、博客來、21 世紀風味館、聖德科斯等品牌複合體驗，「!+? CAFE RESERVE」不可思議咖啡館則初次結合巧克力冷藏櫃，而統一集團南聯國際、德記貿易更首次引進冷藏恆溫酒櫃。
(8) 7-ELEVEN首開ESG「永續店型」落腳高雄鳳山
7-ELEVEN在2021年2日120日，代表 6000店里程碑「鳳儀門市」開幕，此為7-ELEVEN首家結合建築美學、智能科技、節能設備、綠色生活和複合業態的全新永續店型。
7-ELEVEN 說明，鳳儀門市援引當地知名古蹟鳳儀書院定名，結合在地形塑一店一故事風貌，也呈現出生活與自然共存的現代感，將 7-ELEVEN營造為有質感的生活空間。
為因應鳳山社區多元發展為繁榮的特區和新興重劃區，統一超在此門市的商品結構上導入複合類別，包括有 K∙Seren美妝、博客來、現打啤酒、菓子屋和嚴選素材鮮物等，並規劃戶外花園座位區、2-12 人共同桌的室內座位區，以及啤酒 BAR 座位區等，明顯做出新差異。
另一方面，7-ELEVEN強調，鳳儀門市作為永續標竿店型，響應國際 ESG永續發展，導入節能設備，同時也導入 X-STORE的自助結帳系統，而數位活動海報 OPEN! CHANNEL設有 14台，並使用三星高規格 ALL IN ONE智慧型數位螢幕。
隨著減塑、減碳成為顯學，7-ELEVEN早於2020年「有計劃的減量」，包括鮮食商品包裝和容器減塑、不主動提供吸管及一次性餐具等作法，更領先零售業提出：「一次性塑膠使用量逐年減少10%」，預估2023年使用占比低於20%、2028年低於10%、2050年100%無使用」等具體目標。
針對消費者喜愛、銷量極佳的鮮食商品，7-ELEVEN繼續大膽嘗試，領先全通路採用 「可分解材質」歐盟等級Cycle+環保包材，應用在部分像是海鮮起司焗飯、烤雞肉醬起司焗飯等商品，並且近期也將香烤雞胸鮮蔬餐等便當使用紙容器盛裝，降地塑料的使用。
「我的永續 你的日常」7-ELEVEN持續進化，消費者若自己攜帶可重複使用的環保杯到門市購買CITY系列飲品，可現折3元，每月的1日更加碼為5元，藉此培養自帶環保杯的使用習慣，並推出使用植物性環保材質的環保聯名杯，與社會企業「配客嘉」、「好盒器」合作，扶植創新永續。
7-ELEVEN進一步表示，致力於永續地球（Environment）、共好社會（Social）及幸福企業（Governance）三大目標，成立「永續發展委員會」，籌組減塑、減碳、惜食與永續採購四大小組，要將「永續」深植公司文化中，並期望2050年完全淘汰一次性塑膠。
藉由7-ELEVEN門市，讓每一位消費者，共同回應聯合國永續發展目標的「SDG 2消除飢餓」、「SDG 3健康與福祉」、「SDG 12責任消費及生產」，讓永續消費不再燒腦，成為綠色生活家。
(9) 7-ELEVEN攜手Uber Eats攻入外送服務版圖
7-ELEVEN積極瞄準外送市場布局，全力迎合新世代消費者的日常生活需求，2021年7月27日宣布，將與外送平台 Uber Eats 展開合作，第一波合作搶先在北中南限定 200家門市上線，預估 1年內將達 1200家，增加商品銷售管道。
外送商品涵蓋熱賣鮮食、CITY 系列現煮咖啡與茶飲、冰品、零食餅乾、超人氣熱壓吐司、友善蔬素食者的天蔬地蔬，以及眾多獨家聯名餐點等，近900項商品上線。
此外送服務上線後，消費者打開 Uber Eats App即可選購 7-ELEVEN近 900項多元的優質商品，包括 CITY CAFE、聯名嚴選、零食飲料、生活雜貨和美妝等品類，30分鐘可到貨。
(10)7-ELEVEN以未來商店解決「人力荒」，及接軌「元宇宙」商機
目前，7-ELEVEN導入無人商店並非迎合零售趨勢，而是想藉此導入新科技設備，來解決超商人力不足壓力，然而，成效尚有待觀察？
7-ELEVEN自2018年初發表了全台首間無人商店「X-STORE」、2018年夏天開幕「X-STORE」2號店後，7-11搶在2019年12/13日將「X-STORE」帶進南台灣，於高雄三多商圈附近開幕第3間主題門市。
7-ELEVEN進一步說明，未來商店 X-STORE屬於智能零售科技實驗場域，攜手數十家科技廠商進行百種未來科技測試，探索符合現代與未來零售所需的智能零售模式。
而 X-STORE 部分創新智能技術已獲 7-ELEVEN 門市廣泛應用，例如，智能冰箱使用的節能系統、咖啡智FUN機、自助結帳等，成功拓展至逾千個服務據點，而活動海報電子化，更成功導入超過 6000 家門市。
尤其，貨架商品標籤、活動海報電子化，可快速調整商品價格、即時投遞最新商品資訊，估計每年可節省超過萬張紙張使用，相當於10座大安森林公園。
另外，2021年12/28日在高鐵桃園站附近開出的第5家未來商店（X-STORE）店型也趕搭元宇宙潮流，強化智能科技優化，強調整合「智能、聯名、會員」架構全新「iscan X ipay」數位生活經濟圈，打造「沉浸式數位消費體驗」，藉由智能科技探索進一步與元宇宙接軌可能性。全店並設計為「OPEN!家族 X 三麗鷗午茶饗宴」雙肖像聯名主題，場景體驗經濟再升級。
此未來商店亮點之一即是首次串聯OPEN POINT會員生態圈，引進「iscan X ipay」，打破傳統購物後至櫃台結帳模式，個人隨身手機秒變智能行動購物籃，並結合多元支付工具，以「人」為核心設計體驗流程，整合智慧手機開發虛實融合OMO（Online Merge Offline）購物模式，全面提升數位消費體驗。
2、7-ELEVEN開通「OPEN錢包」跨通路支付，布局「熟客生態圈」
為搶攻會員經濟，統一超近來積極將「支付、會員、點數」整合為「OPEN POINT熟客生態圈」。
自2019年11月起，領先業界推動跨通路支付功能的自營電子支付工具「OPEN錢包」，已納入高雄夢時代、統一時代百貨高雄店、聖德科斯、統一時代百貨台北店、BEING sport、BEING spa 和 BEING fit。後又新增康是美、速邁樂加油中心。
2020年8月26日在集團資源整合下，電子支付工具「OPEN 錢包」跨通路支付場域新增5大餐飲品牌，包括統一集團旗下的21風味館、Mister Donut、COLD STONE、Semeur 聖娜和星巴克，此將有多達14大連鎖通路皆可使用，跨品牌生態圈效益正逐步顯現。
3、7-ELEVEN再尬上社群電商平台
7-ELEVEN看上社群（如臉書、LINE、直播平台購物）蔚為小賣家風潮，想抓住愈趨蓬勃這股商機。
7-ELEVEN於2019年3月成立「賣貨便」平台，主打金流、物流、資訊流一條龍服務，且免年費、免上架費、免抽成，戰火從線下打到線上！
據7-ELEVEN統計，「賣貨便」自3月上線以來，很快吸引超過6萬名小賣家加入，累積訂單數達近40萬筆，據觀察，目前該平台賣場以販售流行服飾為主，還有偶像團體周邊、健康類飲食或寵物周邊等商品，顯示賣家型態多元，迄今交易筆數持續成長。
7-ELEVEN指出，由於「賣貨便」建構出一套下單、出貨、付款、取貨一條龍的體系，買賣雙方無須負擔額外費用，賣方還能透過連結ibon APP加快出貨作業，並透過後台管理訂單及帳務進度明細，涵括金流、物流、資訊流一條龍服務。
由於「賣貨便」是奠基於「交貨便」店到店寄件的新服務，據7-ELEVEN統計，2018年「交貨便」寄取件數高達2億件，平均每天有超過50萬人次使用交貨便，其中，C2C（個人對個人）寄取件數已連續3年成長兩成，目前占比超過80％。而社群小賣家就是其中崛起的一塊市場。
