一、網家2019年營運已逐漸從谷底復甦
台灣最大電商集團 PChome 網家近來股價頻探二年低點，面臨百元保衛戰，不過，網家2019年營運已逐漸從谷底復甦。
就財務面來看，實際上網家營運已漸入佳境，第三季單季稅後純益 0.56 億元，每股純益 0.48 元，呈現連 3 個季度獲利，累計前三季稅後純益 1.29 億元，優於去年同期大虧 9.84 億元。
而進入第四季後，網家喜迎電商年度最大檔期雙 11，在強勁買氣的加持下，11月合併營收 46.91 億元，月增 54.3%，年增 9.8%，並寫下單月新高紀錄。
進入12月後，隨著雙 12 逐漸成為年終另一大消費者購買耶誕跨年禮品和公司尾牙採購大宗商品的重要檔期，將再挹注一波新動能。
而網家目前營運復甦遲緩原因，主要是毛利率較低的 3C，營收占整體 B2C 營收比重仍高約 71%，高於去年約3個百分點。網家已強調，正陸續增加非 3C 產品類別，例如雙 11 開賣賓士車，集結集團資源開賣電子票券和旅遊商品等，為獲利添動能。
二、網家結盟17Life開賣電子票券，迎戰O2O全方位生活
網家已宣布，旗下 PChome24h 購物結盟全台第一家票券團購網站康太數位 17Life 開賣電子票券，首波合作商家近百個知名品牌，提供約 300 種商品，隨著耶誕和跨年帶動消費旺季需求，網家看好，將為 12 月業績添新成長動能。
據資策會 (MIC) 調查顯示，2019年雙 11 期間網購消費者購買餐飲票券比例大幅增長，因此，網家此次瞄準雙 12 採購商機，PChome24h 購物透過 17Life 與新光三越百貨展開跨業合作，獨家首賣如珍寶海鮮、黃亞細肉骨茶、紅花鐵板燒等知名餐飲品牌票券，統計餐飲和旅遊兩大類占整體比例超過 60%。
PChome24h 購物進一步指出，未來目標是新增王品、麥當勞、各大飯店住宿及吃到飽餐飲券，並持續擴及美妝、美體美學課程等生活體驗票券，藉此進一步帶動流量和業績表現。
17Life 董事長李易騰表示，今年雙 12 和 PChome 結盟整合集團資源，雙方共同鎖定票券網購市場，透過 17Life 提供的票券系統與實體店家虛實整合資源，PChome 票券市場一次到位，而合作的實體店也可同時於 17Life、PayEasy、PChome 多個平台銷售。
三、網家導入「先取貨、後支付」服務
網家宣布跨國結盟再下一城，導入日商恩沛 (Net Protections) 的無卡後支付服務系統，未來旗下 PChome24h 購物超過 200 萬款商品，皆提供其「AFTEE 先取貨後支付結帳」服務，透過此全新遞延付款模式，導入更多無卡消費新族群。
執行長蔡凱文表示，此次推出 AFTEE 先取貨後支付服務，是 PChome 向年輕消費者或無信用卡族群招手的新策略，結合 P 幣生態圈應用，擴大新商機模式。
「先取貨後支付」服務是消費者透過 PChome24h 購物消費後，使用 AFTEE 先取貨後支付結帳，收到繳費通知隔日起，14 天內透過便利商店代收服務或 ATM 繳費完成付款流程，且將再推出 AFTEE「無卡分期服務」，以因應購買高單價商品的需求。
